One question.....
How can you declare a winner based on a poll that was done 3 months before the Election, based on one single State when the Election will be National?

Actually, the best possible scenario would be Obama being re-elected along with another sweep by the Tea Party to take major seats in the Senate and House. The Federal Government would be entirely dead-locked, they couldn't pass or renew anything, and therefore they couldn't screw anything up any worse!
That would be the ideal situation. A government that can't even decide what to have for lunch, that would benefit the people the most.

Retirement Age is already 67
Tort Reform is more regulation, more government, less liability for corporations, which means a need for more regulation by government. I'm also a fan of tort reform, but it is more up Obama's ally than the Republicans, because it borders on socialism instead of capitalism.
Repealing Obamacare is another thing that isn't necessarily a good thing. I completely oppose Obamacare, but at the same time the entire nation agrees that we need major healthcare reform. We need transparent and equal pricing, to get away from all the contract pricing that runs up the bills. We need a handle on Medicare Fraud, and we need a private option to Medicare for people that can't get insurance any other way.
It isn't enough to just jerk reaction and repeal Obamacare, we need a real plan to improve the situation. We can't just jerk reaction to tort reform, we need to see what problems there are in our economy that creates these lawsuits in the first place, and decide how we will regulate the industries if the threat of lawsuit is limited.
It isn't me that needs to see the big picture, it is you, and most other party-line voters. There is no party-line solution, we need novel solutions and a new way of thinking.
