The only real way people are going to protect their health is to eat one-ingredient foods. You eat broccoli. You eat cherries. You eat almonds.
If you eat 1+ ingredient foods, it needs to be a conglomeration made at home such as home-made bread from whole grain flour you grind yourself (don't
buy the bleached stuff).
When you must eat away from home, you should go to a sit-down place or pack your own lunches (fresh fruits, veggies, nuts).
As a population, we need to become more aware of what goes into our food. If you can't pronounce a chemical additive and don't know what it is,
should you really be eating that food?
