Program providing protection for young immigrants launched

These imigrants have relatives. They are taking up moneies needed for the born or naturallised children. If all the people who think that this is racesist it is not. It does not matter if you are canadian, Russian, Kenyan. What should happen for people who want this to happen is put their money where their mouth is, place a bail for them to stay in the country, also you will be leagally resonsible, for medical bills, and any judgments. sorry about my spelling, but my american heart can taqke no more!
