Hi I've lurked and read posts for a couple of years now. Finally thought I would start asking and posting on threads.
I live in Ottawa, Canada but have travelled to many parts of the world.
I am into spirituality and living as healthy as possible in this civilization.
Sometimes I have intuitive moments or dreams.
