No...no one can get my transcripts...I'm the only one that can request them and get them. I have had to pay to get my transcripts many times to have the college send them to different organizations.

Partisan Politics just makes me sick. Sure there are left leaning news organizations, but most ot the "hate" that I see seems to come from the right. Especially from Talk Radio and Fox news...and I'm using Rush Limbaugh, Savage, Hannity, Glenn Beck for examples. I realize that there is hate from the left...such as Harry Ried (His job is to be an attack dog...that's what they pay him to do) Bill Maher and others. This is starting to leak into everyday life....people I work with, people on this forum and many others I frequent are just filled by hate and seem to be drinking the partisan cool-aid. It's sickening. It filters down to where our elected leaders are spewing hate like this example from the OP. This isn't leadership or governance or anything that's even remotely going to make our world a better place.

I have a lot of experience, being an elected official myself and running another campaign as well as running my own business and owning my own corporation. You don't insult people that have different views. That never works if you're trying to actually get anything done. If you're trying to get soundbites and get re-elected and sling mud and get money from sponsors and live and work without ethics and morals...then maybe this is the way to go.

I've found that when I really need to get something done that, I get more done, faster by working with my opposition, looking for comonalities and leaving these types of childish tactics behind. This doesn't mean that you have to be weak or submissive. You can be assertive and even aggressive, without insulting people and feeding their fears and paranoia, but hitting them with the issues and using true statements.

Try reading John Maxwell, Stephen Covey for some guidelines on how to be a real leader. This kind of behavior from our elected officials. And worse, on internet forums...it just seems like someone will spew some hate and lies and people will just parrot what they've heard without any research. It's really sickening when they quote someone stupid like Rush Limbaugh...or they'll quote a Bill Maher "joke" and take it as gospel. Let's get rid fo this hatred, stop listening to these commedians, form our own opinions and start working together and looking for Win-Win situations.

This is not paranoia. You obviously don't read the news. Everything I said can be verified at numerous reliable news sources. Just do a search on any and all of the subjects. Search the net and you will find pictures of Obama at socialist rallies. You will find quotes of Obama trying to freeze out Fox news. It was within the last month that a law was proposed to let the government flip a "kill switch" on the internet. What do you think the fairness doctrine is? Obama has glorified the European model. What do you think Obamcare is? I forgot to mention that the government just passed a law that any US citizen can be detained by the government and if they let you go it is against the law to tell anyone they detained you. The mayor of New York has outlawed salt, transfats, large sodas and is now going after baby formula. Regualtions will be passed in regards to Obamacare based on how you take care of yourself (eat). ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN IN THE NEWS. What cave do you live in? The one thing that can't be verifed is his stance on education. I deduced that from the fact that he supports the failing education system, and is against school vouchers which would at least give kids a fighting chance at a good education. I suppose you think that our education system is fine too. Check out the stats on that one. If it makes you feel better the republicans aren't much better.

Your post is funny. You are so liberally biased that you can't see the forest for the trees. This is evidenced by the people you refer to negatively. However, I agree with you on Steve Covey. I also agree with you to a point on reaching commonalities to get things done in the political arena. Unfortunately it usually results in everyone being unhappy instead of the other way around. If the supreme court hadn't turned our constitution on it's head we wouldn't have such a polarized country. Most of the power was supposed to be vested in the states. Today most of it is in the federal government. If it had remained with the states, people could move to a state where the political climate was more to their liking. The powers the federal government was supposed to be limited to are not polarizing. Instead we have taken a huge group of diverse people and tried to squeeze them all into the same mold. No wonder things are so polarized!

I'm sorry, but with one's permission, they can get your transcripts. All Obama has to do is give permisiion for them to be released. He should be proud of his college record! It would be a feather in his cap to let us all see his stellar college record. After all he got into good colleges, so his records must be good! It would give insight to the man to know what college clubs he attended. It would give us insight to his mental processes to see his thesis paper. We have had the college records of previous presidents and contenders. Why can't we see his? Why wouldn't he want us to see his? He is not joe blow citizen he's the president.
