just so that everyone is aware,
nazi's, otherwise known as fascists, comes from the left wing.
That's the Nazi party though of the 30s and 40s... the neo-nazi movement doesn't seem to be very aware of that.. most of them tend to be in it just because they are white supremacists by night and riding around in pickup trucks by day with rebel flags.. Many of them don't care about the government and I'm pretty sure less about socialism .. I don't seem them as a "lets share the wealth" movement ..
Skinheads aren't Nazis. They're dangerous idiots. The Nazis and Fascists are in the WH and Congress and are the liberals that are running this country into the ground.

What spirit does it have? The people in Washington are using suspect events to corral us like sheep and I need to respect that?

The problem is that it isn't just 'our' (socieities) interpretation of this particular guy that shot up the sikhs as being a right wing nut / extremist - that is the way he sees himself.
Putting that to one side though if you look at his beliefs, or what is reported to be his beliefs, its pretty clear that he does hold extreme right wing views. And that at least some of those views will be shared by other right wingers, even if they disassociate themselves from his actions.
More than this it really does appear that certain concepts, hatred of government, paranoia, dislike / hatred of the Other (foreigners etc), dislike / hatred of non christian religion are shared by right wingers who could take extreme action. That the constitutional rights are pointed to, particularly with reference to 'militia' etc is for me is a real concern.
I disagree with any kind of political persecution, but I do see the extreme right as more of a threat to society, than others on the political spectrum at the moment....
For me right wing extremism is currently a threat to US society, although I don't think they are as dangerous as al Qaeda. I don't actually think that al Qaeda is much of a threat right now

Dude, did you even read the thread? This is about how it's not so good to do label all psychopaths into one political group (defending people like you, by the way) and then you come in and call all lefties Nazis. You are doing the exact same thing I'm telling people not to do to you.

My biggest fear is this .... after 9/11, people who wore turbans and/or looked middle eastern became targets of vioelence in the US after 9/11 .. many innocent people hurt or killed..
I'm a shaved guy with pale skin.. as nice as can be, would help anyone.. I have tattoos ( mostly kanji ) .. Makes me wonder if I'm going to have to start watching my back because someone assumes I'm a white supremacist .. I should probably start dressing in business suits and wearing glasses..
