Yeah. I´m not very familiar with it. But it´s the same like Valerian writes books about how evil female aliens from Orion rule our world and only homosexuals are freed themselves from Matrix or how Icke writes how elits are actually reptilians in disguise. There´s no real evidence, only crazy theories, some probably from people who suffer mental ilnesses. Another thing is with these theories, that all evil is projected outside. People are so good, but some other non-human beings are evil and we are victims. Ok, this is another topic

I think the illuminati is a small group of humans or possibly humanoids that love humanity and want to protect it from things like nuclear war and fascism. Maybe they operate in splinter groups, appointing themselves as members after some huge spiritul or philosophical discovery about the secrets of nature. Many are around to try to teach humanity about peace, love, and the wonders of science but like usual they are ignored or assassinated.

Some people see behind the curtain and run away. Some use the knowledge for their advantage. Others try to tell the people.

This is interesting and refreshingly different point of view. I have no idea is it so or not, but I always like different views about controversial topics. Especially in a place where it´s popular to believe in evil Illuminaty.

This doesn't make much sense. If their intentions and motives were not nefarious, then why would everything have to be so secretive?

I think you are confusing Illuminati with the seeds. Some seeds might be joining Illuminati but not all Illuminati will be seeds. All spiritual and philosohical discovery already exists in the open and is plain to find for the one who can seek and is ready to be taught.

The very notion that they would want to own/control us in any way at all says to me that they aren't necessarily good. Sometimes people think they know what is best for others, when in reality, they are merely delusional and power-hungry.

If we are to understand Weishaupts aims, they were to essentially overthrow the old world order of the aristocracy and state religions. On the surface he appears to have been successful, and yet doesn't it seem as though our modern aristocracy is 100% behind the aims of the new world order?

Now Weishaupt was destined to fail due to his faulty premise of the perfectibility of man using his own internal efforts. However I have to conclude that either, the illuminati was victorious and is just as nasty if not worse than the old world order, or in fact this effort is some kind of controlled opposition that the old world order hides behind.

I saying the 'REAL' Illuminati failed with Adam W in Bavaria but continues in groups of free thinkers.

ok I'm noticing that some on this thread think that the Illuminati are reptilian people from the planet Orion (sorry I may have it confused), some think that they are people who are being controlled by some sort of source (again I may have read it wrong), others think that they are a super elite group of evil doers whose primary function is to control government at all cost.
