This is true... A loan is all about credit score and debt to earnings ratio. Those who got a sub-prime loan should have never have qualified for ANY loan in the first place. I'm a white guy and I been on both sides of what kind of loan I can qualify for or not, and my color didn't mean a damn thing to the lenders when my credit score was low and I had high debt.

Remember it was guys like Barney Frank that said owning a house is a right...and it is not. Today the "experts" say it might not be wise to own a house....go figure

We had two problems going on...one group of people who never should have qualified since they actually could not afford the loan...thank you Sen Frank and company... And another group that was buying houses on some kind of interest only loan where if they could not resale quickly with a profit they would be screwed.

So the Senate said to give loans and loan guys made their money on how many loans they could get and this created predatory loan practices that mostly affected the ignorant.

It seems to me that he's posturing for the AA community.

Not long ago it was reported that he was losing a 'stunning amount of black votes in N. Carolina.

President Barack Obama is rapidly losing support among African-American voters in North Carolina, a new poll out today from the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling shows.

Perhaps he's trying to regain some of that popularity.

It's election time. I'm not really surprised by him doing this.

This stratagy is 2 fold but could have more positives for Obama!
#1 It get's him more votes from the african american community
#2 creates even more racial division to keep us occupied instead of concentrating on the corruption, media lies
and economic disparity!
If America ever wakes up and realizes what's truely happening to their country the violence against the media, their chosen representatives and the upper class will be overwhelming but those responsable will still be far out of reach!

This is ABSOLUTELY correct. He should not be allowed to do what he is doing (and has been doing since he first took office) without congressional oversight.

How does this authorize him to allow 800,00 ILLEGAL aliens to stay in this country, just cause he says so?

How does this authorize him to withhold 10,000 DOJ documents from congress over Fast ans Furious, just cause he says so?

ALL of this usurping and side-stepping the US congress.

Obama already has and will continue to do immense damage to this country. I don't know what else I can do besides continue to fortify my home.
