Syria conflict: Aleppo shootings by rebels condemned

www.bbc.co.uk

Video posted online shows the men, who included the alleged head of a feared local militia, being put up against a wall and shot with Kalashnikov rifles.

Human Rights Watch has told the BBC the act was potentially a war crime.

One of the men killed has been identified as Ali Zeineddin al-Berri, known as Zeno, accused of leading a shabiha group which killed 15 FSA fighters during a truce in Aleppo on Tuesday.

This is the sad state of what Syria is descending to, with thanks to China CCP govt and Putin, for veto'ing 14 months of Free world's effort to stop such acts from happening, not only from the rebels side, but from the HumanSlayer Assad's side as well.

Can we truly blame the rebels for their acts? Seek within yourself and ask, who is the one who dispenses justice now in Syria?

If we immediately shoot John Holmes today, many americans would vomit in horror, for even though many witness saw what he had done, they would never allow or condone a man to go without justice and rule of law. At least a fair trial.

Unfortunately, in Syria today, where the leader himself, a mass murderer goes UNPUNISHED and even continues to slaughter tens of thousand, is the ruler, Justice through him is only a farce and hypocrisy.

Thus, the rebels had to do what they did - justice by consensus, there and then.

Amnesty International and human rights organisations had condemned their acts. But right now, as insignificant and a nobody that I am, I am still a member of the human race, CONDEMNS THOSE organisations as being HYPOCRITEs and FAILURES.

They, as the premier organisation to protect humanity, should have known long ago as to what will happen when the rule of law is absent in Syria, as many in the world and even here on ATS long knew and had predicted.

YET, they did nothing effective, and allowed vetoes to continue, while more an more innocent unarmed free syrian people were slaughtered.

Being the premier organisation, they SHOULD HAVE stood up long ago against princes and principalities, to demand justice on behalf of suffering humanity, RELENTLESSLY. But they did no such thing.

Those organisations should have CEOs and management staff with at least a degree in liberal arts, not some african with limited education and a crony to their leaders for being appointed, or an engineer who solves problems when they see it, or biz entreprenuer who see needs and then produce to meet those needs, etc.

The management should know LONG before hand what will happen when societies collapse, anticipate them and prevent it from happening. Liberal Arts degree are a start, and experiences in life making up the rest.

The mistake by human rights organisations were and are monumental for decades. If they refuse to wake up to acknowledge them and correct them, only more of humankind will suffer.

It is already far far too late to help Syria. May they be ready for the next 'spring' to come. It's soon, and not later, and end their untenable moral high ground hypocracies, ineptitudes, platitudes, crocodile tears, etc for now.

I think the rebels should have to turn over their assault weapons, and can only buy ammo in person, and in limited quantity. The killing must stop, and they should just simply bow down to Assad and do what he says.

Pick a card, any card, the mad crazy brutal regime or the mad crazy brutal rebels. What is it with ME people? Why can't they get off the "lets lie and kill" band wagon. IMO they all are just using up valuable oxygen.
