has me convinced 100% that Ron Paul is beating, and is going to beat, Mitt Romney, and become our next President of the United States. It seems inevitable at this point!

It would take a LOT to convince me other wise.

I to think people with sign in Poland will change the minds of the Amrican people so that they love Ron Paul and stop rejecting him.

Amazing that a politician would get such grandeur, from other countries around the world. Congratulations Ron Paul, too bad more of our politicians will never reach your status! A shame most never even get this kind of recognition!

I don't have any faith in politicians or the corrupt rigged system, but I do have a lot of faith in the concepts of Freedom and Liberty for all human beings no matter what creed or disposition.

We don't need Ron Paul, although having him is a nice perk.
The point is all you need is you.

Your very own power within yourself to stand up and declare yourself free from this tyranny and to choose to stop participating in a corrupt system that tortures and murders to protect itself.

Your power to think for yourself, and to make your own decisions with how you want to live your life. How your family wants to live, how your children are educated and what type of medical program you choose to advocate for your self.

The Freedom from being raped by your local gestapos who use completely unconstitutional policies to intimidate and threaten innocent well meaning citizens into giving up a vast majority of their wealth to support the local elites new golf course expansion.

The Freedom from being forced and bottle necked into a financial system that depreciates your savings rapidly and enforces the domination of banking cartels by making it nearly impossible to do business without allowing them to control your assets and sap them with countless ways to fine/fee you.

I could go on and on.
My politics are the politics of Freedom and Liberty, and I will never waiver from that.
I will match Ron Paul and raise the stakes by going ALL IN.

This is my purpose in life...to stand up for those who cannot stand...to speak for those who have no voice.
What is YOUR purpose in this world?
Freedom or Slavery?
It's up to you.....

The Revolution IS NOT over!

I think this will prove to show just how popular Ron Paul is, not only here in the US, but also worldwide. It will also go to show how much better informed some of these countries are to the facts vs. what our MSM keeps from us on a daily basis.

Poland is one of many countries outside the U.S. that, despite never having Paul on any ballots, have Ron Paul contingents. The main website, RonPaul.pl, includes information about Ron Paul's campaign, primary dates, even the current time in Texas, where Paul is from. The banner: "Kim jest Ron Paul?" ("Who is Ron Paul?")

Romney is traveling to Poland for a public endorsement by the former President, Lech Walesa.

Mitt Romney's public appearance was greeted by Ron Paul supporters today, according to tweets and photos from the scene. This is pretty much the norm these days — but for he fact that today's event was held in Gdansk, Poland.

Other international Paulite factions include Germans for Ron Paul, South Africans 4 Ron Paul Revolution, Australians for Ron Paul, France for Ron Paul 2012, and Serbia for Ron Paul.

According to Polish politics reporter Michal Kolanko, the banner was made by supporters of Kongres Nowej Prawicy (Congress of the New Right), which Kolanko described as a "libertarian/right wing party led by eccentric Janusz Korwin-Mikke."

Ron Paul is popular in the same way the television show Fringe is popular. Most people recognize how smart of a show it is but it doesn't get the mass audience required to get picked up for a full season - and in Paul's case elected. I agree with 90 percent of what Paul stands for, but the system is what it is. I know your argument is that I'm a defeatist, that I'm the one that's part of the problem.

No matter how hard you and I agreed to work together to somehow get Paul elected (which would include what at this point - storming the convention and starting a delegate fight?) he's still not going to get elected. So beyond that my next option is to ensure Obama is sent back to Chicago. And that means Mitt Romney. That's not fantasy, that's not me loving Mitt, that's reality. I'm not suggesting you were arguing that Paul still has a chance, I just think Paul supporters need to do what the Gingrich/Santorum did and back the candidate that can defeat Obama.

The problems that lie wherein...

I cannot vote anything but my conscience...

Hello. I live in Gdansk and didn't even heard about this accident with R.Paul supporters during Romney visit until I entered ATS after work.
So I have to read American forum to know what is happening in my city. lol.

I read same post here in this thread and have impression that there is misunderstanding about what happened. Kongres Nowej Prawic because how this organization is called have marginal political support in Poland. Yes they are libertarian but they still have image of crazy dreamers thanks to their lieder Korwinn Mikke which is funny but fare too eccentric. They know that they are less popular in Poland than any other political movement so they are looking always for occasion to auto-promotion of their movement. Theoretically this people are like R.Paul supporters movement i US, people sympathize with their views but they regularly gain 1% percent of votes ore even less in every parliamentary elections in last twenty years. Their lieder starts in presidential election every five years with the same results.

I think if Obama gets elected there is a good chance the market crashes again the days following the election if not the very next day.

This might lead to your getting laid off by Feb 2013.

Your neighbor will continue to be unemployed and possibly homeless.

If you own a home and want to sell it good luck.

Your taxes will go up.

If you want to roll the dice and live in section 8 housing and not afford to send your kids to college, by all means vote your conscience. It certainly is your right as an American to do so. I would only ask you look at the reality of the situation and are you REALLY going to feel that much better walking out of the booth knowing your action is giving us 4 more years? Two years from now are you still going to get that warm feeling?

Romney can beat Obama. It is coming down to the swing states and there the polls are dead even. That is bad, VERY bad news for an incumbent president. Let's not forget there will be no teleprompter for him to fall back on during the debates. Mitt might not be the most electric man in the room, but he's not dumb. Mitt can win if conservatives and libertarians unite.

Maybe the conspiracy is "they want you to not agree on a candidate" so let's defeat that one shall we?

Y'know I saw this snippet on TV earlier, and didn't even notice the Ron Paul banner there! I'm sure they were kept at a distance. Not only that, but censored at some point by people blocking the banner with umbrellas. Were they genuine Romney supporters that all happened to have the same type of umbrella ready? I doubt it.

Im kinda proud since i dod not know about polish PR supporters - but thats understandable since they support other guy here who said openly he wants to be a dictator (well not in many words and it made sence - but there is not one man on a planet who i would give so much power).

As to the umbrellas - come on its obvious its a remedy to romneys problem not a cure - like the guy said in interview Obama and Romney are the same ....

I know he will not win - and im kinda dissapointed he will not run independetly. Well i guess we will just have to slip more into the gutter to wake people up.

I disagree, and think that actually happened. The fact that you suspect it is photoshopped is interesting.

Those were Romney campaign staff trying to censor the banner, albeit a bit too late.

What makes you think the markets wont crash anyway? Our debt is unsustainable, it can not be paid back without drastic changes immediately. Romney will not make those changes. What Romney will do is the same thing Obama has been doing. Obama did the same thing Bush was doing. It is an agenda, a plan, a blueprint. Go back and watch the Republican debates when Romney is asked would he have approved of _____ (insert Obama policy here), and his answer is always YES, the fact is the only thing that makes these Candidates different is a stance on social issues.

This might lead to your getting laid off by Feb 2013.

And this opinion is based on what exactly? I got news for you. I am in an industry that I considered relatively safe and I was correct up until just a couple months ago. Now after spending 15 years traveling from State to State for this company, I found out today that word has come down from our Corporate Office that after business on Friday, I may have to padlock the doors and shut down for good. 60 days ago, this was not even a realistic possibility. Things can change quickly.

If you want to roll the dice and live in section 8 housing and not afford to send your kids to college, by all means vote your conscience.

So voting my conscience gives me what I have now? So what exactly is the down side again?

It certainly is your right as an American to do so. I would only ask you look at the reality of the situation and are you REALLY going to feel that much better walking out of the booth knowing your action is giving us 4 more years?

I think it is you who is failing to look at the reality of the situation. The reality is, this system is a run away train and it is going to crash and it does not matter who the conductor of the train is. The real question is, who can manage the collapse? Only one Candidate has a plan for it, and unless you write his name in you will not be voting for him come November.

Romney can beat Obama. It is coming down to the swing states and there the polls are dead even. That is bad, VERY bad news for an incumbent president.

Like it was bad news for Bush in 2008?

Let's not forget there will be no teleprompter for him to fall back on during the debates.

Like he didnt have one during the 2008 debates? Seems to me he survived that just fine with catch phrases and empty promises. The same thing you get currently from Mitt. You should recognize it, you have seen this before. Yet I am sure it will be different this time cause Mitt is Republican and has never swayed in his convictions right? How many more times will people fall for this same crap before they finally realize the con?

Mitt might not be the most electric man in the room, but he's not dumb. Mitt can win if conservatives and libertarians unite.

No MItt is not a dumb man. You do not get as far in life as he has by being stupid. That being said, it is a pipe dream if you think Republicans and Libertarians will unite under the same flip flopping banner. Fact is, Romney would have to embrace Libertarian issues and even if he did so- no Libertarian would trust him on his word because he has flip flopped on issues before. Let us also not forget what Romney said when asked if he would have signed the NDAA with the provision that citizens can be detained indefinitely, without trial or charge, and on National TV to a chorus of "booo" he said "Yes I would have". That single statement alone turned away any chance he had of getting the Libertarian vote.

Maybe the conspiracy is "they want you to not agree on a candidate" so let's defeat that one shall we?
No, the conspiracy is that your chosen two Candidates have the same agenda. On the issues the effects us all- they agree. On the issues that really do not matter, the issues that do not have an effect on your day to day life- they are different. It is on those issues insignificant issues that they divide up the voters. The conspiracy is they keep the public focused on a small corner of a very big picture... and sadly, as evidenced by your ramblings- it still works well.

Here is why you should care:

Freedom is indivisible, and when one man is enslaved, all are not free.

-John F. Kennedy's Ich bin ein Berliner (26 June 1963).

Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty.

-John F. Kennedy's in his Inaugural address, Washington D.C. (20 January 1961)

Wiki

And for a little extra:

I call that mind free, which jealously guards its intellectual rights and powers, which calls no man master, which does not content itself with a passive or hereditary faith, which opens itself to light whencesoever it may come, which receives new truth as an angel from heaven. I call that mind free, which sets no bounds to its love, which is not imprisoned in itself or in a sect, which recognises in all human beings the image of God and the rights of his children, which delights in virtue and sympathizes with suffering wherever they are seen, which conquers pride, anger, and sloth, and offers itself up a willing victim to the cause of mankind.

-William Ellery Channing, in Spiritual Freedom (1830).

It is too bad we can't trade some of these REAL people for some or all of the shills who have permeated this country! All the world knows that Ron Paul is the only hope for humanity at this point. IMHO, a no vote for Paul is a yes vote for the Illuminati! You all know who you are. You all know what the consequences are! Everyone will reap what they sew! None will be overlooked, all will be scrutinized. We do not forgive, we do not forget!
