I live in the city and I agree with the op Mike has got to go. The most overreaching penny pinching mayor we ever had. You know it's 50c for 15min at the parking meter. That plus the ridiculous quotas they give the meter readers makes it very easy to get tickets. That's just one example of Mike. Many more have been mentioned already.

Actually, baby formula is full of all kinds of things besides food.
For example:

It is no one's business whether a women pays for her child's "milk" or uses her own!

And that has nothing to do with this issue. No one is being 'prevented' from using formula. Quite the opposite, they arent having expensive formula pushed on them by the government. They are still free to choose formula. Formula is still sold in stores. It's still available in hospitals. It's just not actively promoted (at taxpayer expense) by hospitals.

The exact opposite of your concern.
You keep trying to frame this as if people's choices are being limited. They arent. People are still free to use formula, it just inst being pushed on them by the hospitals, who are pressured to do so by formula companies like Nestle.

What has happened to our nation? The "Key" to behavior changes is to HIDE FOOD and make it a nightmare in paperwork to give?? Breastfeeding may be better. Studies seem to show very real benefits. Unfortunately, my wife can't do this and nor have her sisters with their children. Not everyone can and there are a variety of reasons. Making food a nightmare is just so wrong it's, well, it's simply un-American.

What has this country come to when education at bedside (as done in this area) or taking the position that it is the mom's right to CHOOSE isn't even a part of the discussion. Cheap tricks, games and pressure through regulation and paperwork requirements are what are the first and preferable choices to MANIPULATE? We're losing everything that made America special. One little thing at a time....it seems, little things dropping all time time.

He's directly responsible for the increase of purchases of firearms around the nation with his political rhetoric hours after the Aurora shooting. Isn't this the same guy that referred to NYPD as his own personal Army? I don't have much else to say except that never, ever, will I live in that city. And that yes, he needs to go to the gogo.
