OP/ED: Man who beheaded dog sentenced to 25 years to life

I could not have said it better!!!

Some people do not know the laws of their State, and refuse to
take the time to learn.
The man will do 1/3 of the 25 years. He deserves every year that he
will serve.
He deserves the time due to his violent past. He was found with
a weapon prior, his next step would have been the girlfriend/wife.
The point here is this man has a criminal mentality, AND a criminal background!

In order to establish culpability there has to be INTENT, it's the law.
Did he kill the dog willfully?
Did he kill the dog by accident?
Did he kill the dog knowingly?

Would you allow him to be your NEIGHBOR when he is released on parole?
Find him as an honest and outstanding citizen?
Then write to the Califorina Parole Board and ask that he be released in YOUR neighborhood....
