Isn't Al-Qaeda a sworn enemy of the U.S? If so, why would they even allow any potential of them to get any weapons from the US or any other aid they may be giving the rebels?

Regardless of whether you agree with my opinion on Al-Qaeda being a 'terrorist branch' of the U.S. government, how can the U.S. be givng ANY aid to these rebels considering the potential for Al'Qaeda, the most hated terror group on the planet, to get any of the goods the US and others are dishing out?!?!
Seems ridiculous, no? Of course, the average person will not know that their governments (Not just the US, others as well) are aiding Al-Qaeda to change the regime in Syria.

HOW did the German 'intelligence' and HumanSlayer Assad's supporters here differentiate between the mythical 'Al Qaeda' or 'Jihadists' of 911 from another man with an AK47 fighting for his countrymen against slaughter in the tens of thousands by its brutal national leader?

No surprise. That's what happened in Libya too. We have been giving weapons to and supporting al qeada since the unrest in the middle easy has begun.

We give them weapons to overthrow governments then they use them against us later. The whole middle east mess is likely the US fault. And I mean the whole mess.. going back to the 60's.

Doesn't matter. It's still true. We didn't need the German's to tell us this most of us already knew. Why wouldn't the be in Syria after they helped the rebels in Libya. We are actually setting ourselves up for a HUGE multinational al qeada stronghold. Won't that be fun?
