Here it is: Dark Knight shooting suspect James Holmes claiming amnesia, keeps asking 'Why am I here

eh this doesn't seem that weird to me, he will claim he has no idea he did anything and try to claim temporary insanity. He won't get it since they can prove months of premeditation..,but hes giving it the ole college try

I'm sure if someone can drug test him, they can find '___' or any other drug used to control people like that drug from colombia.. just saying... Then we can be sure.

One thing I don't get is he took the exams around the first week of june. If it took him months to plan for this, that would mean he started planning before he even failed in school..

Yes, Im sure failing school may have been a final nail in the coffin type of thing that really made him snap, but he was already planning this as he had already bought his materials to carry this out

also did someone actually see James Holmes purchase a ticket and sit in the theatre ? I am a somewhat observant person, I went to see the Dark knight last week and had to wait in line. I observed the majority of the people waiting there and I might even remember some if I saw some today and those people had no features or anything that stood out. How could anyone not notice a guy with as goofy a haircut and outfit as he was wearing at the theatre ? If I saw him it would stick out in my mind and would easily remember someone like that. I even remember the people who sat next to me at the theatre. How could anybody not remember sitting next to someone or standing in line at the theatre like that ??

since the failing school reason was the angle played by the media..it makes no sense to plan an attack without actually failing

Im sure a lot of people were in costume/masks I doubt the goofy red hair was the weirdest thing in that theater, if indeed he ever was in the theater

true..but that is a terrible dye job ..something that someone could recall...and this guy looks like nothing like the joker..Im sure somebody could easily remember the guy who failed to look like the joker

Was Holmes actually indicted and charged at the hearing on Monday? Has a psychiatrist been appointed to determine this young man's mental capacity for participating in his own defense? Has he had any visitors?

How come Holmes' family is allowing him to be represented by a public defender? Facing the enormous liability of what their son allegedly did should be enough to warrant the parents to hire the best & brightest legal team.

I still haven't seen any CCTV of Holmes walking into that theatre. Why is the D.A. in Aurora playing this case so close to the vest?

Certainly not unlikely. However, it begs the question: which doctor is sedating him? Has he been given a court appointed psychiatrist?

More like a red herring. A sleight of hand, so that TPTB can take our attention off what we OUGHT to be looking at, namely that The Rich Man Has His Hand In Our Pocket. I want to holler out: where's Dick Cheney and what is he up to!!

Im still wondering if anyone saw the little wayne music video, and can comment on the skeletons in the movie theater. seems odd to me to have that sort of thing in a music video. anyone care to comment?

Leaked? Did you actually say leaked?! I think the D.A.'s office and Aurora LEO's are playing this one so close to the vest so as to unintentionally increase the amount of suspicion.

Maybe the American public has become accostumed to instantly seeing CCTV and YouTube video and knowing every iota of the suspect's background that when a case like this comes along, the tin-foiled folks among us cry "foul". I don't need every detail of the crime splashed; Christ, I'd like to see that this young man gets a fair trial, but come on! There's not a journalist out there who actually does true muckraking anymore. I want to know about the background players: Holmes' parents, who the black fellow/neighbor was who supposedly drank a beer with Holmes, type of university studies the kid was doing, curricululm vita of police chief, how the public defender was chosen. Yeah, I understand people were shot in a theatre. But, hey, CNN: Did I really need a 3-D image of how the shooting went down inside the theatre? And, how the hell did they already come to that conclusion? Visions of the TSBD 5th floor sniper's nest...
