My name is Naomi. I'm from Tennessayyy....actually that's Tennessee for all those of you that don't speak U.S. Southern slang. I finally decided I was over the whole lurker thing, and thought I'd finally join, so here I am. I love hearing anything conspiracy related, not that I believe all of them, but I do love the ideas behind most of them. Although I don't buy into all the conspiracies I hear, I do tend to feel that there's a tad bit of conspiracy behind most big news stories because the media and government never tells the whole truth, if any truth at all, so that in itself makes big news stories at least a little bit conspiracy worthy.

But that's just my $.02. I hope to be able to bring something to the forum at some point or at least contribute to a few threads. Can't wait to meet you all!

Welcome to ATS! As you can see it's a fun loving crowd. It gets vicious at times, so keep the pepper spray handy.

I like to remind new members about the search function. There's a lot of old threads full of information there. It'll keep you from getting nailed when you think you're posting something new. Have fun...

Yes, you give flags to threads you find interesting, informative, etc.

You can give only one flag by clicking the "flag it" button on the upper left side of a thread:

Once you click it, the button will change to a red "unflag" one. If the thread takes a turn you don't agree with, you can remove the flag by clicking that one.

Ok gotcha! Thanks, just wanted to be clear about that. I would hate to start flagging thinking I was doing something great, then it turn out to be a bad thing. I thought that was done if you enjoy the topic, glad to see I was correct.

Not necessarily replies to this thread. You need 20 posts to start a thread, but you can make those posts anywhere on ATS.
