Did Libor drop off the face of the earth? We are talking about 12 dead people, there has to be something else going on that they're trying to distract us from. I think its Libor. Anyone else think this too?

I think these kinds of news stories are a constant distraction from these:

Number of deaths for leading causes of death:

Heart disease: 599,413
Cancer: 567,628
Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 137,353
Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 128,842
Accidents (unintentional injuries): 118,021
Alzheimer's disease: 79,003
Diabetes: 68,705
Influenza and Pneumonia: 53,692
Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis: 48,935
Intentional self-harm (suicide): 36,909

www.cdc.gov...

Where's the wars on those numbers?
Where's the funding to trim that way down?

Those are yearly stats from the CDC. The real numbers are probably worse.

As long as we focus our main concerns on those 1 in 10,000,000 chance "what ifs" that might happen, then everything should be A-Okay.

I don't think this was a big enough news to wipe off Libor.

That's something people won't forget these days. In UK it's still going strong, we had a programme about it last night, here people won't forget and people intelligent enough won't forget, no matter what other things happen in the World.

However, something like the Olympics will side track people from the Libor issue in UK for sure and I bet that's what the Banks are leaning on in the coming days.

Why are they calling him the "Dark Knight"? Because he owned a Batman mask?

I came on here to point out the same thing. Makes me wonder if this is the title he wanted "the dark knight shooter" it has something concerning about it. I dont know if that is because Dark knight has been a popular theme around here?

I looked it up and apparently he committed the acts at a Batman screening. He fancies himself as The Joker, apparently.

I mean, I guess he isn't totally off. Killing a bunch of innocent Batman fans sounds like something the Joker might do. I guess.

I don't think they're calling him the dark knight shooter for any other reason aside from being that the film he did the deed in was part of the dark knight trilogy. If we were smart this wouldn't be in the news at all. It only lets him win. Only 12 people died. Over 35 people die every day in the united states from guns. Just because it was one guy? I think that the audit the fed bill today could be distracted from by this as well as the Libor scandal. The more we pay attention to violence, the more the violators win.

You can substitute Libor with absolutely anything

Obama's birth cert
the Olympics
etc
etc...

I don't think the average joe knows about LIBOR. You've got to watch RT and Max Keiser to gleem such goodies. You folks don't actually watch FOX, MSN or CNN do you? Jesus Christ I hope not!

The unraveling of the “official line” of what happened during the Batman Movie Theater Murders is happening almost as soon as the cloth is woven. The bizarre anomalies surrounding James Holmes, the alleged perpetrator, only grow, and we all know, by now, what at least a few of them are. But now there’s this rather stunning revelation:

KingCast and Mortgage Movies remain pensive as James Holmes’ father, Robert Holmes, is set to provide crippling info. on Libor & other banking scandals.

LIBOR and Richard Holmes, James Father

If true, then there would not only appear to be connections between James Holmes and various mind control projects – connections that I outlined yesterday in my News and Views – illustrated by his bizarre behavior, and his sudden “expertise” in constructing a heavily booby-trapped apartment (expertise that at some point would have required exposure to explosives and bomb-making experts, if not actual training by them), illustrated not only by his interest in “neuroscience,” but now, if the allegations in the above article are true, by connections of his father, Robert Holmes, to DARPA and to a computer tracking program that, allegedly, could track all sorts of financial malfeasance, including the fraud committed by major banks in relationship to the LIBOR scandal.
