Crazy Lightning Storms In China, Japan And Taiwan

This is some weird lightening...



Almost seems to be centered, and coming from in two distinct areas at times

Its just lightening.

The crazy music does nothing for me, and neither does the suggestion. I see what is there, and that is normal lightening.

I seriously wonder if people actually ever leave their homes or observe their surroundings???

That's an amazing storm! Was half waiting for the guy out of big trouble in little china to come down on one of the thunderbolts! lol

Any way, what a show! I would have loved to see that first hand...

Oh come on, this is totally fake.

The sound is definitely dubbed over --it's not the real thunder. I'm not even going to bother to run this through my software to see if the voices are real either. I'm sorry to say too, but the lightning is faked as well --taken from various avenues and meshed, and not very well either.

If it was real, yes, it's very odd lightning, but, it's not.

I did have a slight niggle that it could be fake while watching so perhaps you could put me right in the middle.

Looking at it again it looks like multiple lightning shots combined together.

I've seen similar lightning though..I don't know if it were to that of extreme.

Fake or not fake, I sure as hell enjoyed it...

But if it was real, that would be pretty freaky (and cool) to have going on around you....

I love the light show. It started to get my attention as something kinda odd until I realized the video was pulling a cut scene before every major burst. I lost track of how many. So, did this outburst come in a regular onslaught of lightning or was this over the course of a half hour, for instance? I can't tell with the editing job.

It's impressive either way though. Lightning has always fascinated and held my attention in a way nothing else does.

Ive only ever seen lightening like that once in my life in the UK. It went on for a couple of hours. Probably one of the most amazing sights ive ever seen. Lightening that crawled across the sky from one horizon to the next. very weird.

Wow that is cool I never seen lightening acting like that before. I bet it collected like that because of all the buildings and electricity around, since it happen at a major city.

You might be right there, when i saw lightening just like it i was in Coventry in the UK which is one of the largest cities in the country.

The vid in the opening post encorporates several lightening shows - Yes, is it faked/CGI highly unlikely...but then who really knows

Thing that gets me is what are those black things hovering in the sky where all the lighting is around? And that doesn't look like a normal lightening storm to me.

Looks like normal lightning to me I see lightning go across the sky like that all the time and air to ground pretty common. Why post something we all see once in while. I've seen worst lightning then this in my days and will see more. In my opinion I think you need to step outside more during a lightning show or maybe just look out the window.
