Thanks for the help uploading Doodle!!
Here is one of my backyard with 2 of my resident moose, mama & baby.

Now that I know how, I will try and get some more uploaded.
I have a great grey owl that loves my yard as well

Oops, loaded it a little small, I will try again.

added owl

I really love my owl, he hunts out my backdoor, he is my favorite distraction from the computer!
This was one of my favorite pics I have ever taken because I was just cruising around the yard with a nice cold beer and there he was. He sat pretty and waited for me to get my camera, and let me come within about 8 feet of him. I snapped a dozen pictures before he heard a mouse. This was the best of the bunch.

Here is baby by himself. Hopefully you can see him better!
Thanks for letting me practice here!
edit on 27-11-2012 by woodsmom because: added moose calf

And finally this is my winter sunset!
I am still working on the other moose pic resize, but thanks again for the practice, I hope you enjoy!

Glad to help, especially for such wonderful pics. You lucky duck to have such great wildlife in your own backyard. I love the owl, and the moose looks like he is playing peek a boo behind the chimes. Lol.

They love to help me clean out that back garden at the end of every season, he found something super tasty and didn't care what was in his way.
He actually got himself a bit tangled after I took that picture so I rotated windchimes to make it easier for him.

I am lucky to have so many friends around, thanks for reminding me, it's easy to start getting cabin fever already.

You take awesome photos! The first one I can totally see myself in just laying back in the grass and watching the clouds roll by. I love the mountain shots also. I haven't ever seen actual mountains, so I always appreciate the photos of them.

You're Welcome and Thank You.
My home city has the Festival of Lights every winter. These structures are built from blocks of ice and lite.

Also here's a passage, (Seldom Used Now) on one of the cliff face on Dragon Back Mountain.

This is the most used now.

No, No, That is China.
I was born and raised in China.
These pictures are of the Heaven's Gate Mountain also known as Tianmen Mountain in the city of Zhangjiajie in the Hunan province of China.
East of Beijing.
If you'd really like to look at more pictures here is a web site. Or google, Heaven's Gate mountain in China.
scenery.cultural-china.com...
Now the Ice and Snow are of my home city of Harbin, that is North China, close to Russia and North Korea.

Winter is very long and cold there, I like Phoenix, Arizona, my husbands home.
