OK, please forgive me... This is kind of weird for me but I have been thinking what would happen if we all did this together and what would the results be. I have always heard the saying that it's smart to keep a pen and pad next to your bed to write down your dreams. Moreover, I have heard that by meditating in silence and releasing your thoughts from fears, worries, concerns, plans, things to do, etc... that you can discover things which your subconscious is either pondering or trying to tell you.

Well here is the experiment I would like for you to take part in...

First - Get a Pad and Pen.

Second - Plan Three times during the day in which you can do the following:

1.) Set aside 10 min. in the morning for silent meditation with a clear mind. (Write down on pad first 11 things that come to mind after exiting meditation. After you write it down tear the sheet off and place it in a drawer or somewhere safe don't read it again after you write it.)

2.) Set aside 15 min. in the afternoon for silent meditation with a clear mind. (Write down on pad first 11 things that come to mind after exiting meditation. After you write it down tear the sheet off and place it in a drawer or somewhere safe don't read it again after you write it.)

3.) Set aside 30 min. to 1 hr. in the evening for silent meditation with a clear mind. (Write down on a pad first 11 things that come to mind after exiting meditation. After you write it down tear the sheet off and place it in a drawer or somewhere safe don't read again after you write it.)

Third - Before you go to sleep put the pad and pen next to your bed and clear your mind of all thoughts or at least as much as possible. Go to sleep.

Fourth - Upon waking up write down your dream (if you have a dream try to limit the dream to the first 33 most powerful words/things you can remember), if you do not remember your dream write down the first 11 words you can think of.

Fifth - Once done... Put all the sheets of paper together and try to make sense of it all.

Sixth - When you get back here, please post by order and session your words and dream.

Seventh - Then before you submit your comment, put what you believe it all means at the very bottom of your post do this by using only 22 words (If you can't do it in 22 words that is cool but it would be appreciated to keep this as structured as possible).

I know it's asking a lot and it's quite in depth and complex. However, please indulge me and we might actually be able to decipher something that is deeper inside us or going on.

Thanks,

Fakshon

P.S. If you are going to participate please leave a comment letting me and everyone else know. Would be good to see how many we get participating.

This sounds like a really cool experiment and I may try this... Tomorrow as I cannot set aside much time today for me.

I do want to say though....

I have experimented with a technique that helps me decipher my day to day life experiences.

Sometimes I dont realize the little things affecting my spirit until I ask for guidance.

For example, when I lay down at night with a troubled mind I ask for guidance and imagine the energy around me listening, taking note, and upon wakening I remember my dream and realize the energy unseen has opened up for me an analysis from which I take heed in.

Something as simple as this works for me. :-)

Another option, is to go outside and look up. Above will give you your answers, and it will calm self. This will not work for all, but should for you.

Thanks for your interest and your comment. I look forward to trying this with the experiment. Hopefully it will allow me to remember my dream.

I agree. Every night I go to sleep I always go outside and look at the stars, I know there has to be something there greater than us because it's just way to much to even possibly comprehend.

I think this is good for all to try. It will not work for me, but I did want to leave a comment, encouraging this.

My wife was up late writing, when she heard me singing.
She went in and wrote down what I was saying:

"Tee Ter Totter, Tee Ter Totter, Look to your left & wait for it to begin."
(in a very creepy raspy voice)

She said it gave her goosebumps, I have no memory of it at all.
Been trying to figure out what it meant/means.

Funny & disturbing all in one! I love the Unconscience brain!

Yea I am having to plan my day also. Had my kids all weekend and couldn't find a quiet time since I only see them every other week. I am going to work on this more than one day but for one day I will post everything to let everyone know my experience.

Thanks,

Fakshon
