Has anyone here ever done their best to open the sacral?

am just wondering, most peeps who have done or studied Yoga, or maybe had past life, soul/karmic connections type experience, will probably know what I am referring to.

The easiest method i found to "open the sacral" (what a strange language) is by performing the mystic mark of the triangle (at sunrise during the waning gibbous moon period).

I don't know as much about this as I should, and worse yet, I don't know how to explain what I do know. I have read about Buddhism for more than a couple of decades, but did not convert until I married my current wife. Her family follows the path called Shingon-Shu. I am just a lay-practicitioner, and have been preparing for my initiation ceremony called Kechien Kanjō (結縁灌頂).

I'm picking my wife's uncle up from the airport in 2 days. He knows more about explaining these things than I do. Maybe, I can come back then with some useful information. The common practices found within most Eastern philosophies are what believe to have helped me.
