the birds around my house seem hungry and talk to me all the time. they sing and cheep to ask for food.

i haven't noticed many insects at all around, so i feed the birds every day. one little bird is always hungry and 'cries' all the time, even tho i feed it...it's a bit too timid, but i still try to give it bread.

i think humans should help feed the birds if they can - if we see there are not enough insects around.

we need to look after the animals in this difficult time.

can i just say also:

there is massive cruelty to animals on this planet. BILLIONS of cows, pigs and chickens are not just slaughtered, but raised in sick and inhumane ways, then killed inhumanely as well. (reports emerged in the usa that a lot of slaughterhouses cattle were not instantly killed (and pigs) and ended up being hacked up while still alive).

the majority of humans are supremely indifferent to this huge amount of animal cruelty and suffering.

also, the majority are indifferent to the knocking down of vast forests and killing of huge numbers of plants etc.

we do not seem to feel the need to live in harmony with plants and animals and to SHARE the planet with them EQUALLY - meaning keep our own population low enough to allow animals and plants to enjoy the earth as well.

Also we DISRESPECT animals and plants - we think ourselves superior intellectually and emotionally to them. yet we are not.

i think we are going to be taught that we are not more important than any other species on this planet.

My 2 cents - I don't feel it either. Pretty happy at the mo, not absorbed in ATS cos for me thread binging can lead to worry over future events, whats going on etc. But I'm not going to hold the burden of global issues on my shoulders anymore. Not watched much TV, just been ultra productive with my own business, so generally okay - maybe just oblivious but no, not really feeling like "unknown things" are culminating. I hope you find some solace!

I can't say i get feelings of impending events other than over due home work as of late but i do find it strange how strongly i feel... misplace feelings maybe?

Anyway the only weird things i can personally remember are some very vivid alien dreams when i was 5 (The detail was remarkable and i can't recall one moment that went out of the real world, but thats another story). My guess is just worry of the Olympic games but i'm not to worried about anything right now

I had a dream about 20 years ago and I still remember everything about it. The world was ending, massive UFOs filled the sky (and I remember thinking 'wow, they're really here') and my childhood crush was walking down the street toward me. An angel appeared and motioned for us 'to come'. I remember crying and saying 'I'm not ready!' And then I woke up.

I still think about it.

I'm not afraid, I'm ready for it. it's not an It, it's a HIM and HE is returning. That fear people always have in their subconcious has always had to do with that day. That dread they felt at Y2K, the dread they feel over 12-21-12, all people subconsiously know that day is coming they just don't know when, but it's already started. It won't end on 12-21-12, that's when it starts in earnest, just one Sign on the road to 2018.

It'd be great if something happened, but chances are this year will come and go like the others. I hope you're right though.

We are all batteries plugged into the grid, eating our barium salts. Using their power, to brush our teeth and shave our faces. We turn on the lights when it gets dark and stay up into the night. We all bow down to the cult of personality and worship at the feet of self. First things first, let's smash all the mirrors!!! Fear is the mind-killer.

post scriptum - In no way do I espouse the smashing of all mirrors this being a disclaimer. On some days I quite enjoy my barium and aluminum, particularly the pretty patterns they make in the sky, as I am being served them. And as for it being their power, lol, how preposterous of me to make such a statement. Power is free, and available for everyone to use. They only control it to make it safe for us to use. Like, c'mon, where would we be without our leaders.

So, yes, I have a feeling something is coming. I think it is something environmental. I have a big garden and greenhouse and have notice a strangely reduced insect population. I have only seen maybe 3 or 4 bees this whole summer, and very very few butterflies, and I live in a rural location. Keeping up with current events, I know the Fukushima reactors are a danger. Also, the USDA is preparing to allow Monsanto to start using a new chemical agent that is very similar to Agent Orange on domestic crops. The US is in severe drought, and global warming seems to be getting to the point that even deniers will no longer be able to kid themselves. So my money is on an massive environmental crisis of some nature. Fingers crossed, but yeah. That's what I think.

This is similar to what I have noticed this summer, I have a in ground pool, and every summer there are tons of ants in that sucker, and almost every other type of insect it seems, all dying to get a drink if you catch my meaning ;P

Anyways this summer, almost no insects in the pool, its been nice for swimming, not having to worry about dead spiders (my arachnophobia is terrible) I even go in at night.
I have been wondering though, where the heck are all the insects.

As for the topic of impending doom, personally I did have that feeling really bad for a while, but as of late I've been feeling great.
I blame my great feeling on less ATS, not reading about tons of doom and gloom and fear mongering constantly, even taking it with a grain of salt, a bit still seeps down into me, and affects me, i check this site once and a while, but try and stay in a positive mindset.

I guess i should warn everyone everytime i get a boner, eh?
Hay baby.... lol... No I don't think your in tune here, maybe just rolling your eyes and thinking 'Good grief' what next.

But hay, I never get into these kind of conversations about feelings, more likely I'd be internally mocking them thinking these guys were fruits But I have to admit, this last week was a bit different with my internal dialogue. A feeling of somewhat slipping between worlds especially while dreaming. Still it's hard to define exactly other than the feeling of overlapping dreams and waking. I'm only talking a couple minutes time though, but I never really had this before. So Yea I see your skeptic coming out, and for the most part your right, it's the ravings of malcontents or wana-be empaths, still why is it so apparent and why now. Today, now, this minute.......... it's all yesterdays experience, and I don't expect to experience ever again. Hay everyone's gravitating here. The Colorado shootings have taken up the rest of ATS, all the same topic, different titles.

I wish we wouldn't put so much of our energy toward these. We must ask ourselves who or what we are 'feeding' when we dwell on them in fear.
I'm having a really hard time getting out my thoughts on this so bare with me--there is some sort of internal block keeping me from really getting my concerns typed out.
I am contemplating the idea that our energy is needed at a mass scale to enact the very events we feel are imminent and that we've been used for these ends many, many times.
Why must these feelings and hunches and precogs and dreams be so often of a negative, fearful nature? I mean, forgetting for a second that WE CHOOSE how to react to these messages, they seem as though they are somehow 'inserted' into us, but for what means?
We usually assume that these feelings come from our own person/soul/guide, but even if they are being given to us by something with more sinister intent it is still up to us what energy we put out there.
I am not saying ignore these intuitions. I do believe they are valid. Just consider that maybe our best defense is to give our intuitions the energy that would fight for us instead of for 'them'.
Ha! I was having such a hard time getting my thoughts out that I'm not even sure where all that came from

You have to be kidding me! We have the same birds here talking to us asking for food-it's insane. They come really close and demand bread! This just started happening this year and I have been telling people how weird the birds have been and have heard other similar stories. Weird

Hey, you know what I am not one of "those" people you are clearly stereotyping without cause. Maybe you should pay attention too.

The thing that gets me too is the lack of insects. Like I said I see those cicada killer wasps everywhere, and a few wasps, but no bees, no insects-mosquitos? none. I know the weather may be to blame (or chemicals from Monsanto), but you can sense the imbalance in our world.

For the record-I feel great too. I'm very happy, and full of energy. I have lost a lot of weight while eating good and exercising. Life is good, but there is something humming in the background that we aren't paying attention to.
