Syria wants to know where is China?

So Russia was suppose to be trying to send stuff to Syria (the helicopters for one) but now Russian ships are pulling back. What is China doing beside vetoing resolutions? They appear pretty impotent.

China will play a virtual neutral role unless their hand is absolutely forced. They have too much to lose in terms of monetary value and international trade. Syria never has been and never will be enough reason to take a strong and indefinite stance in opposition to the west.

It was due to the THINKING of people like you which dragged the world into 2 world wars in the past..

China is everywhere....Don't you notice all the businesses being bought out by the Chinese? Half of my city is Chinese owned now....

On a serious note...China? With their medieval army? China compard to Russia or NATO, have a DISPROPORTIONATE army, they have to MANY foot soldiers and TO FEW fighter planes, TO FEW warships, TO FEW tanks.

What China CAN REALLY DO outside DEFEND his borders (and even that doing it hard) ? They can't send planes and tanks in Syria (because they need to pretty much send ALL their tanks and planes), they can't send too many troops (because they have a very small Navy)....all they can do is bark and veto useless pices of paper in UNSC.

Russia will do sh.it, they can't even beat Israeli army.


Like it or not, ANY CONVENTIONAL war will ALWAYS be won by NATO.Nuclear wars, nobody wins.Terror war will lead to conventional war, and NATO wins.


China and Russia can't do anything EXCEPT defend themselves or destroy the entire humanity in a nuclear holocaust.

woah woah...Although I do agree on the china part..but sorry to break ya bubble but Russia could destroy Isreal easily if they wanted to..why do you think the states is "hesitant" about attacking any country..It's because of Russia and how much of a blow Russia could do. Lolwut? China has double the amount of fighters that Russia does. They have the second largest air force in the world (after the US) and have the production capacity to increase their tank/fighters significantly in a rather short time frame. They also N. Korean aid (missile wise) and have a huge amount of land based weapons and missiles to turn any nation around it into one big crater.

Don't doubt China.

Israel, the only nation that can't protect itself against other nations, is going to stand up to the world's second largest military in the world? They can't beat Iran, who have a fraction of Russia's power, without US help so how do you think they will beat the Russian army, who have just pledged $200b a year to increase their military?
