This woman does seem very believable compared to Jamie Rohrs.

As you may remember, Jamie and his girlfriend Patricia Legarreta went to the midnight show of this PG-13 movie with their 4 year old daughter and a baby that is months old but no one seems to agree on how many months.

So many little kids at a violent movie in the middle of the night.

So the baby was either shot or hit by shrapnel (somehow injured, different in every news report) and survived.

Anyway, after surviving the massacre, he proposed to her and she said yes. How sweet! So then they hit no less than 4 networks by dusk in order for Jamie to sob uncontrollably about the ordeal while speaking in complete sentences using flowery, poetic, purple prose and listing the events in chronological order. All while never actually having real tears down his cheeks!

I don't know about anyone else, but when I get to the point where I'm in tears, it's very hard for me to speak at all, let alone hit up all the national news outlets and give a detailed, orderly account of what is driving me to tears as if reading from a teleprompter.

If it wasn't for the constant, shifting, major holes in the plot, I would believe that we're just so jaded that we know how to turn any mass shooting into some sort of reality show where we can get the spotlight for a brief period. Use a massacre to get 15 minutes of fame. It's been a concept since Heathers, where Winona Ryder's character sees Shannen Doherty's character on TV yet again and asks something to the effect of, "How many networks did you run to?"

However, there are many suspicious holes in the plot of this mass shooting. Pun so intended.

I can't post pics at the moment, on my iphone. But the image of the three investigators walking towards the camera and the gas mask laying on the ground is clearly at the end of the building (based on the curb) right near theater 8. This is 25 parking spaces away from where his car was parked. Sure they would move him away from the vehicle, but not that far. Of course they would remove his mask, but they would not just leave it randomly om the ground and then mark it as evidence there. Any evidence marked on the ground means that's where it was found by police, not where the officers tossed it. Sorry, but there is no reasonable explanation to this inconcistency thus far, it's the single one aspect of the case that truly doesn't add up. Every other inconsistency has a few possible explanations, but the gas mask just does not... Unless he had more than one mask and for some strange reason tossed one and then put another on. However, I am not aware of multiple masks being reported and it seems unlikely anyway.

Unfortunately though, some doctors DO treat it as such. I know. I'm a parent of one. I've been dealing with this for 16 looooooong years, and I'm still dealing with this. If it's not a mental disorder, explain to me why my daughter is in a psych ward right now? Because they don't what to do with these children when they reach a certain age, so they treat it as a mental illness. Once they reach about 15, they're not a child, and they're not an adult, therefore, they're put in psych wards until they can be put in adult wards. This is the hell I'm dealing with as of this moment.

It's possible now we're going to see some friends come out of the woodwork talking about this kind of behavior. (mania I mean.) Not a definite, but possible.

It looks to all intents, despite that it could have been an injured person using the exit, due to the positioning of the gun, then shield, then mask? (weirdly I am sure I seen an original picture where the gas mask was BESIDE the car, though it is now far along the path accordnig to evidence tags) then the blood trail leads to the gas mask in the ID trail picture that whoever was wearing those was shot and threw them off as they stumbled along.

Does anyone else recall seeing the picture of the mask BESIDE the car, is there 2 gas masks? Is there a close up of the items next to the car?

Also there were reports of the passenger window being shot and an injured person in found in the car on police radios.

here is what i find strange. Fox news just released an article about how a phyciatrist at his college recived a suspecoius package and called the police. That package was ok but they searched the mail room and found a notebook alledgely from the shooter to the phyciatrist but it had sat in the mailroom since july 12. WTF?
1. why would he send to a phycyatrist
2. why would the first package be ok but then they look for more?

I've never seen a pic of the mask by the car, but if that exists it would be very interesting. What about that shield? I don't know of any reports that indicate he had a shield during the attack, did he drop it outside before entering theater 9? That seems odd.

As for the shot person in a car, that was in a white Kia. Holmes' car is a Hyundai, so that was a different vehicle.

Where is your source for the gas mask being 150+ feet away? In the pictures I saw, it was near his car.

Anyway, I am pretty sure the police didn't apprehend him at his car. They found him at his car, and like normal procedures, they probably asked him to put his hands on his head, and walk backwards towards the police car, probably several feet away from his car, for safety. Then the police walked up to where they asked him to stand, and searched him for weapons. In the process they probably took off his gas mask and threw it on the ground, and took all his armor off, and searched him (away from his car).

So his gas mask would probably be near the area they made him walk to before searching him.

It either 'moved' position or there were two, I seen some of the first pics it was clearly beside the car, then in the next pictures, see a few posts back where I posted links to pics, it was clearly at the end of the building far from the rest of the things. If you recall where these first pictures are it would be great to compare them to those with evidence tags. thanks.

July 12 ... some mail room clerk is looking pretty bad right now. Wonder if it will be shown with stamps and a cancellation, if it was metered postage, or interoffice.

But after doing some recent searching, people are saying a gas mask is at the other end of building.

Funnily enough i saw it on a clip that was showing on MSNBC (It was the MSNBC channel what we get in the UK via SKY ) last night. The shot was an aerial view from what i assume was a helicopter and the respirator was positioned close to the rear wheel of the vehicle. It was on the left hand side ( the side of the car closest to the fire exit ).

That is a a key piece of the puzzle, I think. Their outpatient psych program also works in conjunction with student health. It's entirely possible that, if Holmes was seeing a psychiatrist, he was doing it through student health and thus could've easily had contact with this individual. If Holmes wasn't seeing a psychiatrist and this is just some random person with an alleged package then, well, it stinks.

I'm looking at the aerial photo I have on my phone. I can't make out any of the items near the car, it gets too grainy when I zoom. There is a large black item near the front driver's side wheel but it's too large to be the mask.

I know the helmet is supposed to be near the rear driver's side door, but from this image I can't locate it.

Thanks, though this is the new image of the gas mask position, unless there were two. I recall, and other posters do, of seeing a close up of the car, the one I saw was from behind the car, with the gas mask right next to it. Trying to find this picture again.

This may support one of my earlier posts where I mention the blood path going towards that direction possibly being from an accomplice. That blood trail points towards the location of the gas mask...
