Dan Keeney, president of DPK Public Relations in Dallas, said asking for silence from university employees because of a police investigation was appropriate, but taking down the website was "indefensible" for a publicly funded university unless the school believed it contained inaccurate information relating to the program. "It's an indefensible action," he said. "It's disappointing to hear that they would take that action because it suggests that it's not in the public's interest to have access to that information and I think it is in the public's interest."

I think the reports DID say he was found wearing his protective gear, kind of odd that they are strewn at intervals from the exit to car, unless he was in the process of ditching them to look 'normal' when he got to his car.

I think perhaps he is maybe high functioning Autistic as well, it would explain his social skills and obsessive playing of guitar hero. My son is possibly high functioning Asbergers and I know the traits, I also know how some other kids deliberately pressed his angry buttons for fun and how easily it is to influence the minds of some Autistic people that they would literally do practically anything to look less 'odd' and to fit in with a group.

This concerns me a lot, I know of so many kids, yes kids that have been just evil to my son, who is still in primary school, some people goad those they can for kicks. I wouldn't want to see some guy that didn't know any better being manipulated into doing something evil being blamed without those that manipulated also being blamed.

Autism comes in many many shades and most are such that these people can live mostly ordinary lives, but society needs to learn that taking advantage of such people is something that shouldn't happen.

According to this Reuter's news report (which another member posted the link to a little while back):

Holmes will appear before Arapahoe County District Judge William Sylvester at 9:30 a.m. (11:30 a.m. EDT/1530 GMT) for a hearing that is expected to be brief. He will be represented by a public defender.

So, 15:30 GMT is 16:30 UK summer time. 4:30 pm in other words.

When they get into a mood, they explode. After they explode they act totally innocent of their offenses and act like they did nothing wrong. But, they still act in a way to manipulate you into giving them what they want.

Like for example my niece. She would never calm down around us. She would only act all sweet and innocent when the officers were around and in the hospital but the minute she always got out, it used to start right back up. No sooner than 30 seconds of release. I think it does have something to do with neurological issues and if his mom is a psychiatric nurse like some say, then maybe she experimented on him.

From his presentation, he paces the same way my niece does. Even by how he frigids with his hand near his shirt. He never looks at the audience, he's always looking at something else and talks a bit fast through it.

I think it's possible he might be bit autistic. Which is probably why his IQ is so high.

I don't know. Something to note. While giving his presentation he doesn't act like your typical nervous kid in front of an audience, he acts like he's busy trying to fix something, which might be an indication of maybe a little bit of OCD. Everything needs to be perfect. If one thing is out of place, they freak and frigid.

I have to find that video again. It's within these 150 pages.

Just as a reminder, the pacing is a self calming technique. She never paced until her father left. That's new. Same as her exploding the way she was. She would have minor outbursts, but not in the way she was having after her father left. Being autistic, and an IQ of 50, she didn't know how to express what she wanted to say. And thanks to NC cutting almost all mental health help, I couldn't get her the help she needed. I kept getting told to take her to the ER, and when I took her to the ER, I would be told it was either my fault or I would be yelled at for taking her to the ER for a non-emergency. No one wanted to help or do their jobs. THAT was the problem. NOW she's getting the help she needs, she's calm, she doesn't hit, she talks it out and she's doing good. So please, stop bashing her. Thank you.

we shall see because if the court room is televised Holmes won't get a fair trial; however, IF they do televise it it will be the first time such a case has.

HLN is also supposed to have a camera in the courtroom.
