I did stupid stuff like that as a child myself. I was pretty violent and hateful of my own kind because of my religious father. It took a lot of time to get out of this and now I don't even hurt a spider unless it's venomous. People change for the better all the time, but that doesn't mean that i support Romney. I'm pretty sure he's still in his little world working together with Obama and the rest of the world leaders, to be.

I think the only logical solution is to veto absolutely everything that Obama has done in office and start from there, so whoever is the next president should do this. Nothing good came out of his administration. Born or not, he needs to get out of there.

I have previously stated my conclusion based upon the evidence both material, sworn and to some extent based upon sworn statement, although far from wholly.

Obama is not a Natural Born American Citizen, nor does he qualify by the only exemption provided for in our Constitution, i.e. that he be a Foreign Born American at the time of the ratification of our Constitution in 1787 and 1788.

That is all I have to say on this subject at this time; this is my verdict; Barrack Hussein Obama is not and was not qualified to run for or hold the Office of President of these United States and should be impeached and removed immediately.

Well; we'd really love to seethe subject come up in a courtroom; but every time it comes up it is dismissed because the plaintiff (citizen) has "no standing" to contest something congress should have done properly.

Also the case in Georgia earlier this year was not dismissed due to lack of standing - it was dismissed due being rubbish.

Addressing the other claim that contends Obama cannot be a candidate because his father was never a U.S. citizen, Malihi said he was persuaded by a 2009 ruling by the Indiana Court of Appeals decision that struck down a similar challenge. In that ruling, the Indiana court found that children born within the U.S. are natural-born citizens, regardless of the citizenry of their parents.

Obama "became a citizen at birth and is a natural-born citizen," Malihi wrote. Accordingly, Obama is eligible as a candidate for the upcoming presidential primary in March, the judge said.

I stand corrected Pelosi signed the certification (for the DNC) with the deleted "constitutionally eligible" text that strangely only went to only one state( Hawaii). You are correct.

I opened this thread in the hopes of finding out what comes next. As in:

Can Obama run for a second term without putting this BC issue to rest.

Let's say that, without a doubt, Obama is not eligible to become president, but he runs for a second term. If the people still vote for him and he wins, who stops him from assuming the position as president? Should the vote (the voice) of the American citizen be more powerful than any law on the books?

If it is determined that Obama illegally became president, what should happen to him? Since his mother is a U.S. citizen, then Obama can be tried as an American, but what's the charge? Treason? I don't think he's been trying to overthrow the government.

Is there a precedent for such a case as this?

Seeing as he's going to complete his first term, would he lose the president's pension?

He HAS taken it upon himself to: "fundamentally change this(read "my/our") country after 200+ years.Not within his job description! His job in the executive branch is to enforce the laws: not "pay for my gas and my mortgage!" or claim:" the constitution says what the government can't do; not limit what it can do"!
