Don't be so gullible. This is obviously Romney camp BS in advance of the election. Blogs? Some Posse says so? I don't think so sorry I'm smarter than that.
Romney held down a gay guy and chopped off his damn hair with scissors as a schoolyard bully.

How come the first ones to reply never bother to read the article/look at the evidence? i know, it takes time, so if they did, they wouldn´t be the first ones to reply...

I predict we will be seeing the "real" birth certificate popping up all over the world until the election is over. Toss in mysterious witnesses claiming they have seen the real birth certificate.
It's going to be like the Howard Hughes will battle. Which birth certificate is real.

That is all I have to say on this subject at this time; this is my verdict; Barrack Hussein Obama is not and was not qualified to run for or hold the Office of President of these United States and should be impeached and removed immediately.

Sorry, but the moment u used a blog as a source, you lost me.
With regard to the challenge that Obama does not have legitimate birth and identification papers, Malihi said he found the evidence "unsatisfactory" and "insufficient to support plaintiffs' allegations."
A number of the witnesses who testified about the alleged fraud were never qualified as experts in birth records, forged documents and document manipulation and "none ... provided persuasive testimony," Malihi wrote.
Addressing the other claim that contends Obama cannot be a candidate because his father was never a U.S. citizen, Malihi said he was persuaded by a 2009 ruling by the Indiana Court of Appeals decision that struck down a similar challenge. In that ruling, the Indiana court found that children born within the U.S. are natural-born citizens, regardless of the citizenry of their parents.
Obama "became a citizen at birth and is a natural-born citizen," Malihi wrote. Accordingly, Obama is eligible as a candidate for the upcoming presidential primary in March, the judge said.

I thought the party committees were where candidates got vetted for eligibility, not Congress?
Also the case in Georgia earlier this year was not dismissed due to lack of standing - it was dismissed due being rubbish.

Perhaps it's because we're interested, but not THAT interested. This topic has been beaten to death and what has come of it? Absolutely nothing.
I opened this thread in the hopes of finding out what comes next. As in:
Can Obama run for a second term without putting this BC issue to rest.
Let's say that, without a doubt, Obama is not eligible to become president, but he runs for a second term. If the people still vote for him and he wins, who stops him from assuming the position as president? Should the vote (the voice) of the American citizen be more powerful than any law on the books?
If it is determined that Obama illegally became president, what should happen to him? Since his mother is a U.S. citizen, then Obama can be tried as an American, but what's the charge? Treason? I don't think he's been trying to overthrow the government.
Is there a precedent for such a case as this?
Seeing as he's going to complete his first term, would he lose the president's pension?

I know with every fiber of my being that Obama is a Kenyan fraud!
Lucky for the USA then that courts etc rely on facts, not someone's hatred to determine what happens!

What difference does it make if he was born here or not. He fooled all of us and we bought it. Let the question die!!!!!!
