Question: 27 layers of security clearance above Top Secret???

Visualise a pyramid,at the base would be those with top secret clearance,the next level would be those cleared to ultra secret level and so on,with the levels of clearance increasing,the number of people with the corresponding level of clearance decreases.At the top of the pyramid would be one person with clearance to everything,call it cosmic secret level.Now who that one person would be is anyone's guess.

Wanting to know levels of clearance is fine and all, but I just wish people would quit making things up and quit pushing so many rumors (or completely fabricated documents) as the truth.

The fact is that there are countless amounts of clearance levels spread across the DOD, DOE, etc. I can barely keep track of the ones that I have personal knowledge of, and that really isn't an overly large amount.

In the grand scheme of things, my current TS w/SSBI means nothing except that I am cleared to enter the area I work and do my job. President, Vice President, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense want into my building? Wont happen without prior approval and escort. Secretary of the Navy wants in? Sure thing, he's cleared - it's his network that I babysit. It all comes down to need to know, having a reason for being there, etc. It really isn't complicated.

Now, is there one person that has access to everything? Possible I guess, but highly doubtful, as this is something that is 1) not necessary to have and 2) becomes a liability.

Top secret is the max but there are different levels of top secret. I had a TS Nato Cosmic. TS clearances do NOT give a blanket clearance.

2. if so what are they and what are they called?

I'm sure there are many clearances above the President, and Above Top secret. The president is only in office for a maximum of 8 years if lucky, but many of these top secret people have made a Life choice to stay in as a Career, much longer than 8 years, many have probably seen 3-4 presidents come and go, and still have clearances above the president. If I ran the Black projects, I would defintely keep the president on a need to know basis, just because he is only a figure head, much of the Black projects are not OK'd by the president, but by a High ranking military official, someone we have most likely never heard of. In order to have a successful Black project, certain clearances are needed in order to ensure the utmost in secretly making what you want without everyone and there brother knowing about it. I think most Politicians have NO idea what is going on behind the Military Curtain of projects. and that is just the way the Military industrial complex should be, if it is to stay in front of a growing threat from Russia and Asia recently.

I allways thought you just follow the money, i dont mean just £££ $$$, i mean the Vatican! Thats the top level. Not even the pope but the Jesuits. Lots of the people at the top of the alphabet agencies are also top jesuit initiates, Knights of Malta and Knights Hospitaller, etc.

The Vatican has known about extra/ultra dimensional entities since its conception!

After all is it not an ultra dimensional entity that runs there show(God)???

I would really like to see this picture of the security levels, that would be awesome. Okay, I was able to find one on this thread. With so many layers of security above the President, it makes you wonder what is really going on out there...

At the very least, it lays light on the way things really work, how our democracy only gives us control over a small fraction of what is going on.

I think there's a William Cooper document floating around the web somewhere with a list of clearance levels, magik/majestic being top. Also there's a chapter, cant remember which one in The Grand Cosmic Conspiracy that lists them.

Hello Stephen. Youre right.

I had never thought about it much until I read some years back that the POTUS is the leader for only 4 years (maybe 8)...whilst the Government has to go on and on...so important secrets are kept by those who run it long-term in the agencies, military etc...the Prez could compromise things years later by revealing them after he /she left office.
