Income Inequality talking point created by Obama?

I think the words income equality was created by this administration as a talking point to scare the American people and to make them feel afraid of success and successful people. I don't remember it being used before. I've heard Clinton talk about tax hikes to fund social programs but I don't think he ever said the words, "Income inequality," during his tenure.

So is this statement a modern statement created in order to change the dialogue as Obama loves to do? Like how he has banned the word terrorist from the White House? Or has it been around since before Obama? Please correct me if I am wrong. This doesn't mean show me what income inequality supposedly is. This means show me instances of where politicians useds the word before 2007!

Income inequality has been around for a very long time. It started neither during this administartion nor in the US.
History is filled with debates and concerns over income inequality.
