I would just close the thread mate, it's obvious some folks aren't going to get it and it seems like it's doing nothing but wind you up.

People need to understand it's your house, your rules, and you don't want people promoting Nazi worship.

Freedom of speech is such an overused word, I prefer freedom of common sense and respect for other peoples feelings.

If ATS bans discussions about Hitler (good or bad)
then they would have to ban comments ..

Pro-Putin and especially Pro-Hilary Clinton (thats one nasty woman)

So again ATS dont go into that direction
because it can be a painfull ride

When i was agreeing on my first post .. it was kind of sarcastic
because you will have to ban all the others .. which is not a bad idea lol
but then we wouldnt have much discussion/debate anymore

that's all well and good, however one person's common sense is another's conspiracy nonsense.

It all comes to down to this

The playground has rules.

You aren't entitled to anything outside the Terms & Conditions. The owners built the playground and there's a big freaking sign in the front of it that says: " Don't throw sand in people's faces."

Those threads were effectively throwing sand in our faces and making the owners of the playground look like fools for allowing such nonsense to be heard and encouraged on ATS.

IF you don't like the rules, there are many a thousand other playgrounds available to you. Why not visit one of them?

Returning to this one so soon? I think that would be because we have the best playground out there, even if you disagree with a few of the rules, you still like the company it keeps.

So really, stop getting all upset over some little thing like this. It's been discussed, it's been made very clear and there is no room for argument in Springer's OP.

Great thread man! I got to agree with you. I was a bit disgusted when I saw that hero hitler thread title. I hope the people start to understand that discussion about the guy is allowed but all worshipping is forbidden. That's how it should be too.
I went to Auzwhitz 10 years ago and it's a real sickening place. We got to visit everything, the gas showers, Mengela's office (I think) we saw the ovens they used to burn the bodies etc. etc. On a hallway there were alot of pictures of folks who'd stayed there. Maan..this was a haunting XP. I really truthfully honestly find it sickening that somebody out there would worship the guy who allowed all of this to happen to all of those folks..forreal.

and yeah, thanks for this site..been lurking here for the past 8 years, gained a lot of knowledge stat points on here lol! Much respect!
