I think you have a very artistic mind!! Even with the rings around the objects you've pointed out I'm not seen what your seen.

Ah, Machu Picchu! This is where I first started my research into the artistic skills of the ancients many years ago. There are some large carvings on the cliffs around this location. There are also many on the masonary of this citadel but you have to search for them.

The image you posted of the rock face is interesting. If you look very closely there are many smaller carvings showing that reveal what the civilization looked like at the time the carvings were made.
