Well, it looks like these guys might be the real life Sons Of Anarchy. Only time will tell how this will all play out but I find it interesting to say the least. If they are true criminal than lock them up I say.

Source.

Forty-one members of the Devils Diciples Motorcycle Gang have been arrested on charges of crimes including murder, drug trafficking and robbery under a federal indictment unsealed Friday in U.S. District Court in Detroit. Among those charged are national President Jeff (Fat Dog) Smith and national Vice President Paul Darrah.

According to the indictment, the group is headquartered in Clinton Township, with chapters in at least six other states. The group allegedly made money through criminal activities, including drug trafficking, selling stolen motorcycles, gambling, robbery and running methamphetamine labs, the indictment says.

To become a member of the group, according to the indictment, one has to complete a probationary period, followed by approval by other members. Members are required to own Harley-Davidson motorcycles and follow orders from leaders, including threatening or intimidating others when asked or lying to police.

Besides the arrests, U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade's office said, more than 60 firearms and more than 6,000 rounds of ammunition were seized during the investigation, and eight meth labs were dismantled.

or lying to police.

No, those criminal bastards!

Kidding. But was it really necessary to add in "lying" when there is a list of much more serious allegations? If we all were thrown in jail for lying, there would be no one left to be free.

Maybe there is that one person reading this though, "I never lie"...

Yes, yes, sure you don't.

Unfamiliar with this group. Thought a little thread spice might be nice. Good find OP.

Oh I guess the first reply was probably doing what I did.

Around here it's Bandidos. Actually been very nice guys whenever I ran into them. Helped me with my muscle car once, had some other nice random chats at gas stations and bars. Have also heard some pretty scary stories.

Good.

Bunch of no good. Always trying to intimidate people. They are in my area.

Trash.

If these allegations are even half true, this is a organized criminal syndicate and it's great that they are going down.

This is small potatoes though, what I want to see are the real big time international organized criminal syndicates taken down.

Crumbs aren't satisfying my hunger for justice.

There are only 250 members in this MC apparently. Hell's Angels has more, and have always been the most well known group. There are others with more members, it kinda depends where you live. I think all I've seen around WA are Mongols and Bandidos. At least around Seattle and North.

yeah, yeah...

You suckered me into watching all three videos..

Poor Mr. Wadd..

Wonder if he survived his bounty?

I mean it's 2012 now. I think the latest on him was 2009 or 2010.

Sorry. I just finished all three vids. I got me too.

What clubs do you see where you live? When I lived in certain areas I saw so many. Now I can't remember the last time I've seen anyone but rich douche bags on a Harley. I read the autobiography the founder of Hell's Angels put out. He wished they rode Hondas. I lold.

I don't see many biker gangs really, maybe I just never noticed.
I really couldn't tell you.

You see people ride together, but they don't wear patches or anything.

I have to tell you folks.. this is the Norm for most motorcycle clubs. Even the tame clubs like the Galloping Goose are known for selling drugs if not murder.

A motorcycle club should be about men who like to ride their bikes - period. It's sad that thugs who must ride Harleys and must wear black leather and must smoke and drink and do drugs and carry weapons ect have to ruin biking for the rest of us decent folk.

Show me just one motorcycle club that doesn't live this lifestyle and I'll support them to the end but you can't. There are none.

I love my bike but I wont join one of these stupid thug and drug groups. I hate them worse than I do Obama. For those of you who know me.. that's really saying something. I'd re-elect Obama this term in a heartbeat socialism, Obamacare and all if he could get rid of these UnAmerican A-Holes.

I don't know why when people hear motorcycle gang they think Hells Angels all the time. HA is a great motorcycle club that has been vilified by the media over the years. They are a great bunch of guys that really know how to look out for each other.

That is just not true, you want links to the numerous bike clubs that don't live up to your stereotype of what a club is?

Most of them are.

Sure. Gimme all you got. I frequented biker bars in the 80's and 90's. Met a ton of bikers from all over belonging to different clubs. Never met any club member that was a clean Joe that just wanted to ride his bike. All the clubs were up to no good. If you were just a clean Joe, clubs didn't want you because you wouldn't play ball when something went down. Everyone of them had gang or thug mentality. Your going to have to show me a club where all members past and present are clean Joes. None have ever had records, or used drugs, or weapons or committed any crimes or had any negative thug like activity associated with them - they just wanted to ride. I challenge you to do that because I know you can't.

bad form....

I bet you don't even measure up to this standard. You are telling me you have never
1. used a drug
2.used a weapon
3. no record, never got a speeding ticket

Please feel free to do background checks on all members of all those clubs, do it now.

It's interesting to see the cultural difference here.

In the UK the biker "clubs" are completely different it seems. I've known quite a few bikers in my time, and I've been to a few biker parties and festivals. They're a completely different thing in the UK if the stories about them in the US are to be believed.

The last biker event I went to was at a large pub in the country, just lots of families, and lots of bikers, all looking at their bikes lined up, drinking, karaoke, playing pool...

In the UK the biker clubs run charity events for local kids - it seems the only real competition between "gangs" here is who can raise more money for sick kids!

I would just like to add that it's not just about men riding bikes. There are plenty of women out there who love their bikes too. We have several biker clubs in the UK that are exclusively female.
