FIRST ID LIKE TO SAY HELLO EVERYONE please help me not going to post something crazy to get your att

ID LIKE TO START OFF BY POSTING WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THIS MORNING (PLEASE GIVE SERIOUS ANSWERS , I KNOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED IN THE PAST YEARS MORE PEOPLE RANTING AT ONE ANOTHER )

TODAY I WOKE UP AND REALIZED THAT I HAD BEEN IN LIKE A DREAM LIKE STATE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE. I VAGLEY REMEMBER waking up to the sound of my youngest crying from here crib i woke up in her room beside my wife . As i become more aware of my surroundings i started to recall what had just taken place sort of im still very clouded. I remember being asked multiple questions from my wife about thing another place, or dimension ( this is the only way i can explain it) very similar to our home,planet, or dimension , what she exactly asked i cant be certain however as the day goes on it seems like im starting being in that (hypnotized state) state. I know must will have a hard time understanding , please ask me questions i will try my best to answer u. I know it wasnt some lucid dream or anything like that because i have been in that sleep paralysis state before and this is nothing like this . I wasnt scared just baffled as why my wife would be asking me these questions.As i said earlier the moment at which i was awoken is when my daughter started crying , at that point is which when i started to recall what happened as if time was taken from me for that time. when i woke from that trance i saw my wife laying next to me in the bed where my other kids sleep . yes it is awkward to be in my kids room but not uncommon for her because she sometimes fall asleep with them. last night though my youngest was up about three so i made her a bottle and feel asleep in their room along side my wife. please help me understand what took place. I apologize for the lack of grammer and spelling as well as for my caps in the beginning of the post. Please help me with this (also I know this isnt the first time ive been like this, but the first time where my wife was asking these questions). thank you all
