LOL, well that would make reading her new book even more interesting if there's any truth to that review....no doubt Hollywood has been used to promote some "horrible" propaganda with sinister intentions.

What ever her past may have been, her heart seems in the right place to me at this point....and wisdom to be gained by her story.....

After you cough up your hard earned money to buy her book, would you come back and review it for all the rest of us with better sense and willing to suck down useless data when all we have to do is read it?

I have always admired people who are willing to go 'out on a limb' and talk about these things. She has risked her reputation with the movie industry for her beliefs, something a lot of us wouldn't dare do.

There are "way" more things I would spend my money on ....however if it was in front of me, hopefully on vacation in the snow, with a roaring fire, I would pick it up and read it, I read fast....so would be a nice way to spend a day.

Her insights are worth consideration, especially since she was an "insider" on some levels, wether "willingly" or not....she has a story to tell.....

A true searcher cannot expect every sentence to be pearly nuggets.....

Shirley has talked to many higher ups....both personally, and professionally....she may have wisdom in all those books or just one sentence in one book, but youll never find out by calling kook and walking smugly away....deny ignoprance and all that jazz....................

I do not think being a little looney in Hollywood has ever hurt anyones career. Heck she is better known for all new age, UFO stuff as she is for anything.

I've seen some of her interviews. She's a wack job imo.

How interesting. She sounds a lot more like Ron Paul than the "new age" icon she is held up to be. And the old hippies are starting to sound like Stalin. What a turn of events.

I'm so confused here, but maybe I am getting a strange cross section of responders to this post.

We spend a lot of time here at ATS moaning about how the MSM refuses to cover issues and events that are true and important.

We claim that no one in the "real" world gives two craps about what is really going on in the world: ie: aliens, NWO, and the list goes on.

And so I show up and introduce the most lovely, famous and intriguing woman imaginable. She's wakened millions of people... and yet, you, you ATS'ers feel threatened by her and call her a quack.

You can't have it both ways!

You get a main stream person to agree with you...and to influence others...

and then all you do is bit*ch that she's too new age...or too this...or too that....

Perhaps you were joking about "her brother John McClaine," where in fact her brother is Warren Beatty.

Sorry – I am still laughing at some of the posts and the insinuated state of mind she is in. Let's take a step back - shall we? If she was an unknown we wouldn't believe her anyway but because she is famous she's a crack pot so we don't believe her anyway...

Seems some are really confused by their own reasons for searching. Do they want the proof or are they subconsciously denying the possibility. So we are still trying to prove the existence of UFOs though we are pretty certain they exist and I am sure we all, mostly, believe they DO exist. Whether there are little green men, little grey men, genetically altered children etc etc flying these objects; whether they are from another planet or Earth’s own future who knows. Fact is we believe there are UFOs because there ARE UFOs or they wouldn’t be called “UFOs”…

Without opening a 9/11 can I think we all have our suspicions about the truth to some extent or other? Also, because she withdrew or mentioned that it was all fake – how better to remove the heat than to cover up.

So I am not saying she is all there BUT also NOT saying she is lying or making it up, stretching the truth or fabricating the missing pieces, all I am saying is you wouldn’t be reading this if there wasn’t something in you looking for the truth and then you have to agree that where there is smoke there is fire. Perhaps there is SOME truth in it but like all good movies, based on fact, there is always a little embellishment of the facts so as to make it even more attractive and spellbinding but that doesn't mean it is ALL a lie.

Shirley Maclaine had one of the first websites that featured UFO conjecture and opinions. She also had a authentic `beemship` sound file that opened my memories of a missing time episode that had occurred 20 years before.
her discernment is usually spot on IMO.

S&F I've enjoyed some of her books over the years. I had no idea she had another one. This latest one sounds fascinating -- she has known & continues to know a lot of people in high places.

She's bright and fearless in tackling topics most would consider "crazy."

Will order this one soon.

What an incredible opportunity, I am so proud of my letter but I just can't imagine what it must be like to sit in her company and discuss! I am quite jealous, although I am sure she would tell me not to be!

Part of my signature "Love and Light", I added the "Laughter", was actually how she ended the letter I received from her and I have used it everytime I write to anyone since I got the letter over twenty years ago!
