You can change it from the TOOLS menu.

Click TOOLS ........ then..... ATS UPLOADS

Then click the picture you want to use.

Then click ....... PROFILE BACKGROUND

It will then take you to the page where you click ..... SUBMIT in the box that says YOUR BACKGROUND IMAGE
