Doesn't even take effect until 2014, and will likely be repealed before then. The SCOTUS got it wrong, it IS unconstitutional, and if they call it a tax, then it was never passed appropriately anyway.
No worries.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

They won't have to do any of that if they repeal it immediately after the election. Even if Obama is re-elected, there is likely to be a Republican Senate and House.
I don't think this Bill will ever be implemented. Even if the government sticks behind it, I don't think the states and the employers and the public are going to cooperate.
That allowed the Democrats to pass the original Senate version of Obamacare (passed when there were 60 Democratic votes in the Senate) through the House, and to pass changes to that previously approved Senate bill through both the House and the Senate with a simple majority vote. In other words, the only reason Obamacare is law today is that the Democrats used "reconciliation" to pass it through the Senate without the need for 60 votes.
So. what are you all doing about the new health care tax?

I'm sorry, but it's you that are mistaken...

Wait, wait. The LIBERALS like Obamacare cause it lines up the pockets of some CEO?
Cause those are some really interesting lefties you know. They would make for some really #ty socialists (like Obama).
maybe i'll just take up using your tax dollars rather my sources.
But I would think you would want to get something out of your money instead of just paying a penalty.
