That's a lot of suppositions on which to make a prediction. And it is of course totally irrelevant. But just for the fun of it, I expect that had they been able to pull of this thing for which there is no evidence, then the likelihood is that they would not be in prison. But really I don't care. It's like asking me whether Elvis would come in the top 100 of the Tour de France next year if he was still alive.
