UFO's near Mackinaw City, Michigan?

Hey everyone. My wife's cousin was in Mackinaw City, Michigan recently visiting his girlfriends family on July 3rd. He saw 4 strange lights moving around in the sky. Apparently its not the first time he has seen this happening there, so he snapped a couple pictures with his phone. He said they were moving quite quickly as the pictures were
taken only seconds apart, and the lights have moved quite a bit in that period of time. They arent the best quality pictures, but its all he got. What does everyone think of these? Can anyone in the area vouch for this?

Possibly, but as i said in my post, these pictures were taken 2 or 3 seconds apart, japanese lanterns dont move around that fast
