Judging from the videos I've seen it looks to be the worst movie yet. Get rid of plot and sticking to the actual Batman storyline and just put in more explosions. Have these people who write these movies ever read a Batman comic? Bob Kane is probably throwing up in his grave on how his creation is being distorted.

Actually the Nolan series has been pretty on point with the comics..

I know what "forgiving" means; I'm not questioning that. I'm saying that it's not "your spelling error is forgiving," it's "your spelling error is forgiven." Your way says that the spelling error itself is forgiving something. My way says that the one who made the error is forgiven. I don't need sources....

The much-anticipated The Dark Knight Rises film received raving reviews after a pre-screening event last week in Los Angeles, with the 40-50 bloggers and fans rising to their feet in enthusiastic applause at the film’s conclusion.

The viewers were forbidden to write any reviews of the film until it premieres on July 20th. Despite this warning, their glowing reviews of the film spread rapidly across social networking sites, though many of the comments quickly and mysteriously disappeared.

“If this does not break the mould and win Best Picture, no comic book movie ever will,” said one critic of the movie who snuck in a quick review.

Dam been looking forward to this movie for a while.

I would of gone and watched it today if I knew it was out. I don't want to give away any spoilers but I think I know how it will go and the plots of the movie. In fact in another thread from months ago we were discussing that very thing in the plots of the comics and the Dark Knight movies. And It seems that they will be following the knight fall series. And the final curtain being drawn on Batman, as Bain is in the movie it seems that is what its about.

I really want to see how they do it, and how they go about it and how they will take the characters and go with it. Probably will go watch this movie on Sunday if I can find somebody to go with me. Or if I cant I will just go by myself. Dam really want to see this movie, and since it got nothing but good reviews, now its really leaving me giddy. Hopefully it wont disappoint because now I am all pumped to watch it.
