Anderson Silva DESTROYS Chael Sonnen

Not only did Silva beat him, but badly. As Silva approaches ring, Sonnen waves him in ,what an idiot Sonnen is.
1st round, Chael takes him down off the bat, lays on him the whole round
2nd round, Silva uses better take down skills, sticks his chin out , Chael swings and misses and embarrasingly falls down like a cluts,Silva delivers knee to upper body, then gets on top and beats Sonnen down....

Silva DESTROYED him, then told brazilians to cheer for Chael and invited him to his house for a barbque. GOOD BYE CHAEL ,you said you were leaving the MMA for good if you lose. You shouldnt have insulted the whole country like that. I had a feeling that would happen, a one dimentional wrestler like Sonnen can only do so much. No One told Chael to challenge him in the unprofessional manner he did.

God when will someone beat this bastard? Chael was the only one in the middleweight division that wasn't scared of Anderson. This was disappointing.

it baffles me how emotional and involved people get over these types of things, no offense btw i just don't really get it.

I was watching the fight and dident think Silva would take advantage of his opponent slipping, but hey that's the sport and good for him although i was rooting for silva all the time it just dident feel right.

If only we could get people so enthusiastic and hyped about things that actually mattered.

he didnt knee him in the face... he would have been DQd and stripped of his title.

and he didnt destroy him. chael slipped and got pounded on which happens alot in the sport lol destroyed would be like shogun vs bones

Agreed, Anderson did not destroy chael. He won, but did not destroy him. And I know a win is a win is awin, but i am of the thought of all the talk of making chael leave on a stretcher and you take the win on a slip? pretty unconvincing if you ask me

I am a big Silva fan and I'm glad he won. The only thing I see stopping Silva is old age. Other than that, he's insane!!!

I guess some of you missed Chael on the ground in the end covering up like a coward getting pounded,,,he got DESTROYED ! pride and all............BUT I did see Silva grab his shorts, you guys see that? and Chael didnt "slip", he fell down trying to do a spinning backfist which he missed and clumsily lost balance and fell down because he is clumsy.

Sonnen did not deserve that rematch. If you cant finish a guy in 2 rounds who has 3 newly broken ribs the first time, you dont deserve a second time. You see what Silva did in top form...He won. As always he waites, he never attacks first, he , like a true Champion, figures out the movement, the feet and hand work and the timing, then he drops his hands, bobbles his head and takes his opponent out. Every single fight, same style, same fashion, true Champion.

Now a TRUE history making match would be JOn bones jones vs. silva....

Officially, Dana White said that there was no such illegal knee.

When asked if Silva wanted to fight Jon bones Jones, he said (with a waive of his finger...............nope.

It truly would be the biggest fight in UFC history as Mr.Bones is the next Phenom. All he has to do is stay away from boozin and driving drunk.
