Hormones in milk can be dangerous

news.harvard.edu

"Among the routes of human exposure to estrogens, we are mostly concerned about cow's milk, which contains considerable amounts of female sex hormones," Ganmaa told her audience. Dairy, she added, accounts for 60 percent to 80 percent of estrogens consumed.

Part of the problem seems to be milk from modern dairy farms, where cows are milked about 300 days a year. For much of that time, the cows are pregnant. The later in pregnancy a cow is, the more hormones appear in her milk.

One study compared diet and cancer rates in 42 counties. It showed that milk and cheese consumption are stron

One of the reasons men are like girls and let the lies continue is milk has female hormones so makes men think like a girl and soft body.

Not only is milk from a lactating FEMALE cow the farmer also pumps the cow with FEMALE hormones.

Try for 2 weeks only drink rice or oat milk you will see i dont lie, you get harder fast

soy milk is bad also so dont drink it

amino acids fix this if you stop drinking milk

This may be a problem for people who drink factory farmed milk. My family drinks raw organic milk and it is the same for cheese.

I have to be honest I'm not convinced.

Most adult males drink one maybe two glasses of milk a day, many not even that. A bit of cheese here and there, cheese actually might be what a man will eat more of, but I do not see the amount to be enough to be injesting enough female hormones to loose their manliness.

You will have to offer up proof there is a serious corolation between a minimal amount of dairy products and loss of a mans manhood.

I guarantee that you will get more wholesome, pure milk from a lactating male pumped full of estrogen than you will get from a modern day cow from a dairy farm.

Please, do the tests to prove me wrong, and send the results to FOX news and the others.

I know men who are more feminine than women, and vice versa... but the BPA pumping through the men will lactate far more than the masculine women, and the nutrition will be far more healthier than cows' milk.

You've heard of them before.. they're called the "Milk Men."

Believe me, I feel lucky. It is one of the few good things I can say about living in Ca. we can still buy and sell raw milk.
The added hormones the put in factory farmed milk is scary. You are 100% right about soy as well.

Wait, so organic female cows do not contain female hormones? They are still pregnant when milked right? I'm not buying that, perhaps it has less, but certainly not zero! I still don't think drinking the milk of animals is good whether it be organic or not. Would you drink cat milk? Or rat milk? Why cow milk? Cow milk is for cows right?

Sorry I don't buy into this study.
Maybe its because the beef and dairy market here in NZ don't barn feed cattle , we let them roam the fields and the just eat grass .

I don't know how you guys can keep a cow pregnant for most of the year whilst milking her ?
Here in NZ the cow is inseminated then gives birth and the calf is weened off the mothers milk but the cow still gets milked every day & that is what keeps her lactating .
Surely female cow hormones differ from Human hormones ?

Your raw milk has the same hormones as regular milk. Farmers are not adding the hormones, it's because the cows are pregnant.

There is no connection between milk and gayness, how ridiculous. I drink copious amounts of milk and I can assure you I'm a regular hot-blooded male. I work out, box (and beat people half my age in da gym), have black belts in multiple martial arts, married, with 3 kids and could kick most people's ass to the curb quite easily. And I feel like I want to all the time, lol.

Metrosexuality is a societal thing. It's the result of upbringing, media, community, how sexuality is perceived in society.

Not milk, trolololol.

I would have thought it would have more to do with the legal bias against fathers, the deterioration of the family structure and the general pussification of society.

Save the world, become a stoic.

Havent you wondered why it might be that Harvard (you know those people who own America) would like you (and all men) to quit drinking/eating something that is healthy?

I would worry more about that then about a few hormones!
