Can people please stop calling for a coup? Who would replace the government? How would it all work? Anarchy? Military despotism? Fascism? No thanks!

Simple really:

1. The Military (sworn to protect Queen and Country) arrest the current government for "Collusion with the enemy." That is the banksters and financial shysters.

2. A General Election is called, the Military step down from their temporary position and go back to what they do best, PROTECTING the electorate.

3. A new dawn beckons in UK politics. Politicians will have been warned by the actions of the first two points, 1: We are sworn by oath to protect you, 2: We ARE watching you, act with dignity, act with integrity, act in the best interests of those we are sworn to protect lest you warrant our attention again.

Belgium has been functioning perfectly well without a "government" for quite a while. The place would probably be better off.

1) Who would try these people? How do you define an enemy in such a fuzzy and ill-defined way?

2) You've just arrested the leaders of the Lib Dems and the Tories. Congratulations, you've just ensured the election of the Labour Party, who are as bad as the Tories (the Lib Dems at least have an excuse in that they haven't been in power since 1945. The Tories are proving to be uniquely useless even by their standards)!

3), Yes, you're right, a new dawn breaks - of terror. The public will be terrified of the army, which has just deposed a lawfully elected government. The army will never be trusted again and will have just ruined 350 years of hard work. Might as well self-disband, because it's going to be a cold day in hell before trust returns.

I would imagine that you and I and I hope the majority of people that post in this thread know full well it would never happen. It's conjecture based on how it's been done before in other countries.

Starred for an intelligent retort.

Wishing you all the luck in world with this one Evan, but i have to ask.....after the last try, are you confident this will be any better attended? Thats a month away, more than enough time for the top brass to issue the same threats as last time.

Did anyone who was threatened with disciplinary action last time defy the bosses and go anyway?

I'd love to see this happen, but i have a feeling we'll see the same thing again.

Yeah but all this was said last time and look what happened. Hardly anything. It was quite embarrassing to be honest.

Do you think the Olympics had anything to do with the lack of attendance of serving members?

A couple of the FB pages have gone from "public" to "secret"...

Might be why you cannot find it?

Best of luck Evan, hope everything goes smoothly. Just make sure that if anyone steps out of line you kick their arses into touch. I know I don't need to say this, but last thing you need is for it to turn violent.

Hope the message gets across to the government.

With the current round of cuts in the armed forces including the loss of several historic English regiments the troops, both serving and ex serving, have had enough...

We are organising a march on London to give the government what for.... If you want to piss someone off, best not do that to battle hardened British soldiers...

These regiments have 400 years of tradition behind them, much blood spilled under those colours... This will not stand...

On the plus side, with my conversations with the lads, they have woken up to the fact that our government is the REAL enemy... It is also good to see that many lads are coming on the march too..

This will get messy..

For Camoron..

It's important to point out that the English Regiments are being cut whilst the Scottish ones aren't. So, following in the line of the continued persecution of the English by the treasonous, disgusting "UK" Government.

I wish you all the very, very best of luck.

So their will be more Scottish people dying for Britain on the front line in future battles than English people?

No... Those excellent historic Scottish regiments will also go and be replaced by private military organisations too.. If they can cut a regiment like The Black Watch (unforgivable!) then what else?

What exactly is your point?

Do you think we English are any more British than the Scots because I certainly don't think so?

And I think you've got to remember that ALL of the UK's Armed Service men and women are volunteers - not one of those 'Scottish people' has been forced, they have chosen to serve Britain.

My father is an senior officer in the MOD Police, a firearms commander, anti terrorism officer with 30 years of service with good conduct medals etc.

His reward? Being laid off 3 years before retirement, having most of his force dismantled and most of his budget cut.

The goverment really knows how to reward its defenders.

The march will be policed by us... We are used to dealing with f**kwits... However who are we to stop anyones democratic right to protest?? If they are with us fine.. If not.. Fine... That is what we fought for right??

The march itself is being timed with the debate about the cuts in the houses of Parliament... We will form up at the cenotaph.. Honour our dead.. Then march on parliament..... There is going to be a full press presence too..

We WILL be heard!... They cannot ignore this countries warriors, veterans who have the vast support of the public behind them including the police service that will also have a presence with us as we are all in this together... Yes Camoron.... WE are...
