Nowhere in the source does it say these are fish from fukushima. It says flat out that they are from 50 or more km away.

To you, this is fear mongering and just a headline, but for the poor children in Cambodia it is a serious issue. Fish swim, right? There is no way of knowing where those fish have swum from.
