My appologies, I was making an assumption.

Downton Abbey is a TV soap series from the UK.
It went pretty well internationally, hence the assumption that you had heard of it.

My fault.

The issue here is whether the theme music to that is a counterpoint to that of the x-files series.

The video/audio appears to make that case.

After four months, the original poster of that has not produced a longer version, as promised.

Thank you for being critical of my post. I will try to do better and supply more supporting information in future.

This is what we need around here, and I plead guilty of my failure. I was perhaps being lazy.

Probably just the same composer. Every composer has a unique style and sometimes their work will have similarities.

Even if they are simlilar or in some way connected where is the conspiricy?
