I don't know if humans can do it, I know that earthworms carry both genders but cannot reproduce on their own.

I don't know if this would be considered the future, this is not a new development. I first became aware of it in my teens and I'm 52 so this is nothing new at all.

Personally I'd recommend evolving into a Polyamorous marriage.

I find it very sad when stuff like this happens and breaks up an entire family (in most cases). With more progressive thinking - - - the family might benefit from Polyamory.

Families should not be restricted by "puritan" thinking.

Today - - - it is recommended Intersex children be allowed to grow as they are (no surgery) and decide for themselves which gender they identify with.

I don't think I understand how that's possible. How does a person with male genitalia and male reproductive function suddenly learn they are female?? Something doesn't add up..

I've been reading about these things for years. Babies can be born where they don't know the gender until they do the DNA tests and then sometimes parents have to make a really tough call. Its easier to turn a boy into a girl than vice versa. Yet that doesnt always work either. So much at stake in situations like that. Sometimes a child has both the outies and the innies and don't know this until much later, ie. grown men menstrating.

Nature does give people challenges and also tests for society. Is it loving and kind or mean and judgmental. This planet is about opening your mind and heart to pass the tests.

No. Sharia and the Mormons are not going to win and turn earth into a hellzone. This isn't about swinging couples, it always means male domination and its the ugliest, slave, lower frequency crapola going. Sharia and the Mormons are committting evil when they do so.

If someone wants that, don't marry and please don't have kids.

This isn't against gay couples or their ability to parent by the way.

Well, a chromosome check should settle the question biologically. Either XX or XY, that simple. If not? Well the dude should be in a textbook at least! A fascinating developement indeed! Don't get me wrong, on a psychological/emotional level its a tough situation for him, spouse, and kids. Just think, any one of us could have our switches flipped and be in the same mess.

Edit: If he truely is a hermaphrodite, gernerally they are sterile. This is the case for most of individuals.

If you are referring to Polyandry - - - that is ridiculous.

Not to mention someone who thinks everything is love insulting other beliefs.

This is not an isolated incident.

This is not the only Intersex child who's doctors/parents made a decision - - - a decision that belongs on to the Intersex person.

As stated by a genetic scientist - - - sexuality is all shades of gray. You don't think a chromosome test was done? Its not that simple.

At this point, I've read enough to believe that it is virtually impossible for research into homosexuality to be trustworthy, one way or the other. There is a biased agenda involved on both sides of the argument, and to deny that is dishonest.

Even if we were to claim that science itself was infallible, the human beings who perform research are not. Individual scientists can and do have their own subjective opinions, and they can also be paid to only return findings which are favourable to the individuals providing the funding.

So express whatever opinion about homosexuality you like, but the time has come, I think, to leave science out of the argument. Neither side can be trusted, to refrain from attempting to abuse science's reputation for infallibility, by citing research in favour of their respective bias.

Come on, you'ld subject these people to social stigma and sophmoric comments such as, "I wonder which bathroom they will go into?". Would the psychological traumas be worth it instead of making a well educated scientifiic decision at infancy? A consult with a geneticist and other specialists should be in order to give these individuals a chance at a normal existance in which the rest of us enjoy. It may not be the perfect choice, but a choice based on expert opinon is better than leaving them "as is".

People fascinate me. I watch a lot of personal interest documentaries.

I've watched a few on Intersex children. Those children that are now adults - - - stated it should be their choice.

No one should have the right to make this kind of decision - - - but the person themself.

Why? Because they don't agree with you. You seem to have a real problem when others don't agree with you.

Personally - - - I take the Homosexual's word on it. They're born that way.
