Plasma doesn't actually "contain charges", it's a gas with the some of the electrons dissociated. What it is, is conductive, and that's what's being used here. Brown was a hack, and there was no Nazi Bell.

In this case, they're forming a conductive plasma channel and then discharging a high voltage charge through it. No anti-gravity, no Nazis, no bell.

You should have heard the original RAI story before they edited it down to be less stupid sounding.

The first version of this featured a weapon that put demons into people that ate their heads off from the inside and turned them into shrunken dolls. That sounded sort of "off" so they edited the interview down to remove the odder parts.

And plasma does contain charges if it has no way to conduct them. That is what a capacitor does.. uses highly conductive material to contain charges which is also what the Bell did.

I think "Bedlam's" disinfo is likely evidence I am dead on with my analysis. What is the purpose of disinfo but to create Bedlam...

Show me a solid plasma. Plasma is a gas with some of the electrons ripped loose. You really ought to actually, you know, try reading about what you're discussing.

Plasma's generally neutrally charged, you can create locally charged plasma but the other charges have to go somewhere, and usually it's an equal amount of oppositely charged plasma that reunites with its counterpart. But it doesn't 'contain charges' in the way you tried to state, like some sort of battery.

And you don't have a clue about capacitors either. If a dielectric was "highly conductive" you wouldn't have a cap, you'd have a wire.

Never seen them used in the rain. I'm a lorry driver so see them a lot, but never in the rain, I think theres a simple reason for this. They have to maintain their target for a specified time but the raindrops break the laser beam. Also raindrops make them prone to false readings. I'd definately argue in court if I was zapped in the rain.

The "thorium plasma battery" makes the rounds on the net about three times a year. It's been here about that often. It's not as done to death as "red mercury" but it's close.

i agree, i have a radar detector in my car, always goes off when the police check my speed with their radar/laser gun, and yes even in the rain
