ITS BEEN HAPPENING IN ARIZONA FOR A WHILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you want healthcare for illegals too?? The rationing I’m talking about will effect people WITH COVERAGE that actually PAY FOR CARE!

You really should consider elaborating a bit in your posts rather than throwing down vague one-liners if you want to be taken seriously.

The mandate would force us to pay $2,000 for coverage if we don’t have our own insurance…..now we will be forced to pay a $2,000 tax if we don’t have insurance and the coverage would be included! What’s the difference?

What is the difference? Simple math.
You do not have to pay this supposed $2000 if you have insurance.
What part of that is still confusing you?

I think you are trying to expose truth to a large group of people who are far from the age this new law would effect. Just wait until some of them are up against the brick wall of trying to keep a close relative alive, and the panel votes thumbs down. Then your words will come back to haunt them.....

I remember reading an article late thursday night that had one line in it i thought was interesting. While they interviewed john roberts, he made this comment.

"It's not our place to change or fix the mistakes people voted for."

I know that quote isn't exactly word for word but it's very close to what i remember. I believe he intentionally left a lot of doors open for many options.

HA!

I am not talking about illegals.
I love it when you assume and then attack the strawmen you build.

I am so sorry. I thought this was something that was important to you so you had done even a tiny bit of research into it. My bad.

Two More Arizonians Join Jan Brewer’s Death Panel

“But, one thing that didn’t come back was the insurance. The company dropped Courtney because she was too sick to be a full-time student, which forced her on to the Arizona Healthcare Cost Containment System, or AHCCCS. And, then Governor Brewer dropped more bad news; no more transplants for patients like Courtney, all to help balance the budget.

two more citizens have joined the state GOP’s death panel, bring the total to an even 100 people that Republicans in Arizona have or will have killed by denying them organ transplants.

Arizona Death Panel Claims Another Victim

Tucson University Medical Center has confirmed that a patient who was refused a liver transplant due to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer’s decision to cut the state benefit that would have made the transplant possible, has died. The patient had been scheduled for the needed transplant but was dropped from the waiting list on October 1st when the cuts went into effect.

I can get you more.

I am plenty old myself and I have a sick mother.
Just tell me where to find this panel and who is on it.

I hope all goes well with your Mother...my Prayers are for her continuing good health. Bless you for taking care of her. Been there done that.

When you’re that vague I’m left to make assumptions!

As far as Arizona, I don’t care because it doesn’t affect the entire country. Have you ever heard of the 10th amendment?

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

If a resident of Arizona doesn’t like what the state is doing that person is free to LEAVE and move to another state they do agree with! Where does an American go if they don’t like what the federal government is doing? Big difference!

Not the information I asked for.
Why would you just deflect like that?

I know and that is my fault for assuming you would make a smarter or at least more informed one.

So death panels are actually ok with you then?

I didn’t say that….I said I don’t care what Arizona does because it doesn’t affect every American. As I explained, people are free to move from Arizona. American’s shouldn’t be forced to renounce their citizenship to get away from an unconstitutional federal government.

So let me try this again.
AZ has death panels. You are saying that what AZ does is ok with you.
Where did I get anything wrong?

I've read every post Seabag has replied to you. I've had no problem *understanding* his posts. So, either you really do have a comprehension problem, or you just like to argue. Sad either way....

Outcast, in my opinion, you have lost all credibility for being knowledgeable about what you understand re: this bill.
Afterall, you stated it would not effect people unless they made $250,000 a year or more, which was proven that what you stated was ignorance.

Call all the names you want if it makes you feel better. I said nothing of death panels. What I did say was doctors are not going to go for this! I am a nurse and medical professionals are pissed!! It will most definitely effect the type of care you get and what you receive approval for.

This bill is disastrous for everyone, you included! Guess the govt. needs to all stock up on the monopoly money since this will be what is used to pay for this ridiculous unrealistic and ludicrous bill.

Maybe I can get this thread back on topic...it's not about Death Panels.....or whatever else has been discussed instead of:

Did Roberts Actually Help Bring Down Obamacare?

Please post to the topic only.

Back on topic:

I do believe Roberts move was an act of brilliance!! The message he sent quite simply was "Elections have consequences! If you don't like this bill, change it! If you want to get rid of the bill, then get rid of Obama."

He left this wide open so republicans can change this easily. If Romney focus's on this bill being a "tax" and pounds the hell out of that, then he will win hands down!

Roberts, by voting to uphold the bill removed the Supreme Court from the rhetoric that we would be hearing from the left. The Dem's would be screaming racism, and partisan politics..Perhaps Roberts knew this and eliminated any chance of the Court Justices being viewed as biased, which never would have gone over well.

Just sayin.........
