You are born with it "uncut" for a reason.. "IF" it was will of god you'd be born with it "pre trimmed".

It WAS the first thing St. Paul did away with as a requirement for inclusion into God's heavenly family of which we are all a part, and it was the Jews who persisted anyway with the custom, so don't blame the Christians! That's not fair.
Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing. And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.
You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justifed by law; you have fallen from grace.
For we through the Spirit eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.
Galatians 5:1-6
While there are short-term risks to circumcision - bleeding, hematoma and sepsis, among them - there is "substantial evidence" the procedure can help protect against urinary tract infections, syphilis, HIV and chancroid and invasive penile cancer. Male circumcision also increases sexual pleasure for men and women, WHO reports. (report PDF)

It's one thing to give a child a hair cut,
but to permanently disfigure a healthy minor should
carry the maximum penalty.
That goes with tattooing, piercing, female circumcision too.
Humans have no need for canine teeth; does that give
a license for dentists to remove them from healthy children ?
. . . no, they would be criminally charged as they should.
