The problem is that the federal government has been overstepping its authority for so long, that the states are dependent on federal money to operate any more. The feds can throw their weight around because of this, unless..

Arizona secedes. Imagine the money AZ would have if none of its corporations had to pay federal income tax. AZ could collect half what the feds take and have enough money to enforce the law, pay for schools, and balance their budget. They aren't wasting money by the billions (trillions?) like the federal government is.

The implication of your statement, "My only solace is Karma," has me concerned.

You feel people who would, in defense of home, country and self, shoot an illegal should suffer karma's wrath. And you feel people who break the law, the illegals, are due no karmic repercussion when breaking laws.

Is it not a contradiction to say people who break laws should be tolerated and people who protect themselves should be prosecuted?

I'm starting to gain insight on the illegal immigration issue the more I read posts on this forum.

I know that illegal immigration is harmful to America. I know that a lot of people want a solution to the problem because they honestly care about the American workforce and want to see the conditions here improve.

Then I read a few posts like this one, and I started to realize that a lot of the immigration debate stems from the fact that people like you honestly believe illegal immigrants are somehow less than human. I don't want to call it racism, because I think it might go a bit deeper than that. I think it might be a vitriolic response to the media's coverage of the illegal immigration issue, or it might just be the phrase 'illegal immigrant'.

People like you believe that just because a person is here illegally, that they somehow forfeit their natural rights. In your instance, you believe they forfeit even the right to live!


I probably can't help you, abecedarian. But I really hope you will realize just how un-American what you just said is. I hope you will realize someday how much poison is in your words and thoughts.

This debate is no longer (and may have never been) about improving the American way of life. It is about persecuting a group of individuals, and nothing more.

I am really starting to love your patriotism. The right really loves this country. You all just seem to hate the president, hate the house of representatives, and believe the right leaning supreme court is wrong in its decisions. Add in how much you hate socialism like public roads, police and fire protection.

So someone is going to protect them? Give them free military? How is AZ going to fund a war against the US?

The really mind boggling part is scalia isn't even trying anymore.

I have had much contact with illegal aliens. I ran a nightclub for a while that catered to them. I can't see how they are human. How do 5ft tall people get a 10ft ceiling dirty? Why must they defecate in urinals? I put out 200 ashtrays and at the end of the night the only thing clean in the entire club would be the ashtrays. They cook food in galvanized zinc tubs. They do not understand that you FLUSH used toilet paper. Humans do not leave piles of used toilet paper all over bathrooms. There was a closet in the bathroom. It contained only a water heater. Somehow they would get into the locked closet and defecate ON THE WATER HEATER. It was 4ft high. They had to climb to get up on it.

Monkeys would have made less of a mess. When I had rappers come play at the club there may have been a few fights, but it never took a week to clean up after them. Even when we had 3 Six Mafia play our club and the riot started. It was not that hard to clean up.

That short period in my life did away with much of my anti black feelings. I came to appreciate them and welcomed their parties. But that was only because I had experienced the depth of depravity that all mexicans have. They are animals and do not belong with human beings. When the revolution starts they shall be deemed target practice while we join hands with out black brothers and eliminate the evil infesting our country.

Try searching some case law on Lexisone or any other legal reference search engine and you will see it is USSC, as in USSC 410 U.S. 113 Roe v. Wade. It isnt even called the Supreme Court of the United States, it is the United States Supreme Court.

As far as your comment that Obama is so far Right that he is almost fascist, well that gave me a real laugh. Even members of his own party think he is too far to the left and too liberal. I really hope this was an attempt at humor, if not you really need to read up on the meaning of Left and Right and the history of the Democans and Republicrats starting with the Federalists and Antifederalists during the drafting of our constitution to understand what is left and what is right.

Haha, I think you should be checking your info because Obama has been reemed by his own people for being to far right of their leftists views. I honestly think he's been very middle of the road which is far to right for most people voting to the left.
