Just a question. When you were driving and got the electric shock, what time of day was it and were there any more cars around?

Also, have you ever read any of Dolores Cannon' books? If your interested in the abduction phenomena and have an open mind, i think they might shed alot of light on what you may have experienced. They certainly did for me.

And to all the people saying shoot the aliens, dont be stupid

"Many years ago (about 20) I awoke one night from a nasty dream. I'd been dreaming that at the foot of my bed four nasty goblin type creatures were coming up through the floor and they were all looking at me.
That was it, thats all I remember. However, unlike most dreams this one did not fade.

A year or two later I got my first PC and modem, and an internet connection. Well, one night while browsing I found myself looking at a picture of the goblins I'd seen in my dream. Today we dont call them goblins, we call them The Greys!! "

This is similar to what happened to me. As far back as I could remember I had a 'friend' that visited at night. She didn't speak or have much of a mouth but I felt we communicated. She was a light beige type colour with a large tear drop shaped head and great dark eyes. These meetings always occured at night and started with the bedroom wall turning to static.....fast forward about 8 years when I was old enough to read adult books, i found a copy of Whitely Strieber's communion and things hit me like a ton of bricks
It took me a long time to get over the fear of what might have been hapenning.

I don't pretend to have all the answers but much has been written on the fact that these types of beings have been encountered by mankind probably for as long as we have existed. The suggestion that they are both real and not real, something astral or interdimensional has always made sense to me.

Wow!!! Now you really just stired my memmory.
It was mid winter, dark, about 9:30pm No other cars to be seen anywhere.
What you just said has made me remember my first possible ufo sighting. This is the honest truth. About a week before, on the same road at the same spot I saw two orange orbs...holy smoly you just creeped me out

They were just slowly floating downwards about quarter of a mile ahead of me. The road ahead dips down into a valley so as they went down I lost sight of them. When I arrived where they should have been there was nothing there.
I cant believe I'd forgotten that!! They were very bright orange, very much like a military flare but there certainly wouldn't have been military activity in that area, its just farm land and a few houses scattered about.

Now I'm even more creeped out. Abductee's talk of missing time and lost memmory, how could I have forgotten seeing my first ufo? I've never remembered seeing those orbs since that night until you posted!!!

Just wow!!! How could I forget that. And on the same road at the same spot!! I've got massive goose pimples now.
I need a strong cup of tea!!!

For god sake man remove Regy from your avatar, how can we take you seriously with dear old Regy standing there looking like he's about roger Miss Jones

You know, when I started this thread I never expected much response, ridicule maybe, but there's been some good replies, yours included, and its also led to some stuff I'd completely forgotten about. Now I'm starting to worry about what I'm going to learn

In reply to just the title question...

Yes...

...and whatever 'implanted' memory anyone has of them...goblin, elf, grey, evil clown...whatever...is implanted...

What better time to access the driver of a car than when they are asleep at the wheel!

Thats an excelent observation.

If anyone reading this thread has had a simmilar experience can you suggest what I should look for to confirm what MIGHT have taken place?

I'm sorry...I should have enclosed the words, 'driver' and 'car' in quotations...the vehicle being the body, the driver being the consciousness, soul, whatever you like to call this part...

It occured to me that...Your 'falling asleep and shocking out' sounded very much like the sensation you can get when astralling, and being wrenched back 'in'...it can feel like an electric shock, sound like a branch breaking, a loud clapping of hands...going in, and coming out...

Do you ask because you think seeing something could have caused me to dream of this?

With my experience, I was confronted by them after I had saw a UFO, … as with you it was a long time ago, but the memory is still very vivid in my mind.

What I’m suggesting is that this could be very real, but I think the daughter of yours may be able to give you more detail…maybe?, depending on how hold she may have been at the time. . Can you ask her if she ever had an out of body experience around or about the time the event happened?

My Grandmother witnessed an extraterrestrial looking over the wall at the back of her house while she was doing the dishes in the early evening

Apparently it just looked at her for a few minutes then in her words 'just tipped its head back and looked up at the sky' and finally moved away out of sight

I suggested that it was some kids playing a practical joke on her but apparently that would have scared her. Instead she insisted that it was a real being and she was not scared at all

She did not experience any after effects, no other visitations either indoors or outdoors, no missing time or anything like that

Sadly she passed away a couple of years ago otherwise I would sign her up to this forum to provide a first-hand account

I've had many dream of greys visiting me, starting when I was a teen. Usually I would see them outside my bedroom window or inside my room just observing me. It would scare me so much I would wake up with my heart pounding. No other dream has caused such a reaction.

The last dream I had was when I stayed the night at my moms with my 2 kids for New Years. I dreamt that I woke up to my daughter levitating up out of the bed and moving towards the door where a single grey was standing. I jumped out of the bed and kicked that thing in the head and started punching it yelling that I never wanted to see another 1 of them again.

If they were really visiting me, I doubt I would have got away with beating it up like that, but I haven't dreamt of 1 since then!

I did, a number of years ago (like maybe 9 years ago), have a "dream" that greys came to me while I was sleeping. Next thing I knew I was in some sort of lab room (on a ship perhaps... perhaps not). I was a little concerned about their telepathic speaking. I just heard them in my head, and they were examining my memories - and making judgments about my character. They ended up satisfied and returned me.

As I said - my memory of the event was as a dream, so that may be all it was - but it was not my first unusual experience by any means. When I was a child I was deathly afraid of the "shadow creatures" that would come and take me through the window. Additionally there was a hill I used to play on (when I was a child) that had strange sounds, kind of a clicking purr kind of thing. And, also I had an experience once with my family (as a child) while driving in eastern Oklahoma - a "craft" (at night) came and flew slowly directly over our vehicle as we traveled. (confirmed by family members) It sounded a bit like a swarm of mechanical locusts. And, we arrived at our destination an hour later than our projected ETA.

My life has been full of weirdness - though very little actually in the last few years. And I am glad of this lol.

The Aliens can do anything..appear or disappear. If you have a Gray watching over you-Embrace IT! They will not hurt you. There are many races of Aliens already here on the Earth- They are here to go after the people in power. So, dont worry!

yeah, i've read a few abduction cases that sound like this. A lonely road at night, no other cars around. Something strange in the sky or something out of place at the side of the road, then boom! Everything is back to normal. To me, the electric shock would be the 'boom' that i am talking about. The point where you are placed back and adjusted to this density or dimension. Sounds crazy i know.

I find that the abduction phenomena has alot more depth to it than most people think. Have you ever heard of screen memorys? And also, would you ever consider going for a session of hypnotic regression?

Dangerous idea... two risks there

1. You might just be having a waking dream like I described, so you could hurt SOMEONE not an alien =) especially if you live with family.. you can't really trust your perception if you have a waking dream, scary stuff often enough!

2. What if it IS an alien and it can read your thoughts like some suggest... merely thinking something like that would probably end badly for you ..

A lot of these visitation experiences by the way, do mention that they are paralyzed when it happens.. so I still think it fits the possibility of dream paralysis / waking dreams

Reminds my of that girl that had an extremely vivid nightmare and believed that she had to defend the family against a monster, resulting in her fatally shooting both her brother and father.
And, that case is not unique, and there are many, many other instances where a person either sleepwalking or dreaming has actually killed people s/he have encountered.

And, speaking of the OP describing the beings as "commin up from the floor", the following case can be worth mentioning;

Simon Fraser, of Glasgow, Scotland, often dreamed that a beast had invaded his home at night. One time, he dreamed that a white beast had come up through the floor. He seized it and dashed it to the ground. He woke up to find he had killed his infant son.

So no, deciding to shoot any being popping up in the bedroom is not a good idea.
Plus, the person don't even know if "it" means any harm, in the event that it would actually be something out of the ordinary.

I think this is probably true. When you fall asleep, the pineal gland releases '___' into your brain. When '___' research was done in the 90's, they found out that people were taken to another realm where they encountered creatures.

I also have a friend who sees grays walking around during the daytime, we think that they live in another dimension overlapping our own. It would make sense, in that case, that you could see them while you were asleep or in sleep paralysis, since it is possible the '___' would let you see other dimensions easier.

I think it is interesting that you called these things goblins until you saw what they really were on the internet. That itself proves something, does it not?

I attempt to be as skeptical as possible but ive had a similar experience. Only one. And a mark to prove it, been there ever since.

So perhaps dont believe everything right off the bat, but then again dont be so quick to discredit it like some of these ppl on here telling you it absolutely wasnt real.

Not trying to boast but I kinda consider myself an authority on alien abductions. I'am an abductee and I've studied long and hard on psychology of these beings by and how they perform they're agenda.

If you are dealing primitives whose social dwellings deal with sunlight, You would most likely do your business during night time. Knowing the psychology of these beings, being that they are fragile and are being lied to by they're own people you would try your hardest not to ruin every day life for an individual.

Think of what humans do to animals. Lets take a tiger for instance. Or if you want insert rabbit where I put tiger. 3 - 6 people running after this tiger is gonna scare the animal to death. If it lives in an environment that has very little to almost non existent human relations. It's gonna panic and run. We then tranqualise the animal. ABDUCT it and take it back to the lab for dna removal, hair removal and what not to study it's health and all that.

Why wouldn't something do the same for us? Only thing is they get you whilst you sleep! And they have a hybrid program.

I've been thinking about this hybrid program a lot. One good theory I have is. Because the intelligence gap is so far between species. Why not create a hybrid you could potentially understand both and be a translator?

Also if you were trying to adapt or create the perfect vehicle for soul travel through the physical plain. You would go around the cosmos taking from each desired species desired traits.

If you understood the universe on a esoteric level and THEY do. They know somewhere the dreamer has to be alive. Especially if they understand the dreamer down to a mathematical level. They may be abducting humans looking for this dreamer. And thats another reason they'd be here.

Especially if this soul WAS one of them at one point.

I sleep like a log most nights and don't remember a thing that happens. If the greys were to try to do anything, I would never know or remember. It's better to have the greys doing their things at night than to have the hospitals hook up a pile of wires to your head and give you the most uncomfortable bed created to test you for sleep apnea. Having taken that test, I wonder if anyone ever passes it. I couldn't fall asleep with all those wires, I told them I was afraid of knocking one off so they passed me. Not being able to sleep at all is the only way to pass it
Thank god those greys are better at testing.

I've never seen any alien or been abducted to the best of my knowledge.
I never gave it much thought until 1989.
I'm a bookworm and read everything I get my hands on so when a friend handed me a book by Whitley Streiber I was pretty happy. I't just finished an old copy of wolfen and thought his new book would be a fantasy/horror novel.

My friend met me at work and he handed me the book with the back up. I turned it over and saw the picture of the alien grey on the front.

I stopped and stared for a moment and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. I actually got nervous and felt weirded out and a little scared.

I read the book but never looked at the cover and kept the cover face down when I wasn't reading it.

I honestly found the book to be pretty boring and a disappointment. It took effort to finish.

I still don't have an explanation for my reaction to the picture on the cover though.

I don't understand people who claim to have seen one and not be disconcerted.

If I was to actually see one I think I'd really freak out.

I've never been afraid of anything except heavy artillery and gunfire.

Getting nervous looking at an illustration doesn't add up for me.
