Has "Suvorov's" _Icebreaker_ been suppressed in the US?

_Icebreaker's_ thesis is that when Hitler attacked the USSR (actually
Soviet Poland) he beat Stalin to the punch by two weeks.

Used hardback copies of the 1990 Viking publication of an English
translation are going for $250 on up on abebooks! yet no
republication, no paperback, nada.

This is beyond weird and scary.
