Bare minimum full evacuation of Japan to quite possibly mass extinction.

Op what am I looking at here? From all the other video on youtube that building has no roof like the one next to it. What makes you think it collapsed?

Oh I see I think that one with the roof is 4? and it does look rather jagged up there I think.

Will keep and eye open for any more info on that. Thanks for posting it OP.

the roof being gone is a good thing.

Could this be the reason for Japan's changed sense in urgency to move spent fuel out, more details hidden by TEPCO? FIrst they said the wall was bulged 33mm, now they are saying it is bulged 46mm.

Again, Tepco revised the data of the reactor4 building on 6/25/2012. They haven’t announced the next schedule of revision. The South-West corner of reactor4 building turned out to be bulged/leaned to outward. The third floor is 46mm outward compared to the first floor. On their last report, it was 33mm.
